Overall college are good if you are looking for CSE/CE branch in central line under 65%

Placements: The placement are average, more than 20% student got job, rest try out of campus or go for higher studies. The lowest package is given 2 LPA and highest package is given 9 LPA in last year. Most all companies are form Pune. Related to internship, no one get selected. All students are trying to get off campus internship program. The job role are difficult you have to handle whole team and you are also responsible for website/app development.

This college has greenery.

Placements: In this college, very less number of students are placed via campus. Not at all good regarding getting hired by good companies. Many students have to seek other sources for job placements. The percentage of students placed is also very less. For approximately only top 5 students get placed. If students are a mechanical branch the chance is very less. Only Godrej company hires students from this college.

We have a different experience with a big pinch of nature, exemplary campus and professional staff.

Placements: Major roles offered for students from the mechanical department are design engineer, technical sales engineer and production engineer. Students are diverse to go for higher studies or start in core mechanical from here. The top role offered is purchase executive.

Our college has good faculty, good infrastructure and facilities. Events and sports are fun here.

Placements: About 55% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges between 3-3.5 LPA. About 70% of the students from our course got an internship. Due to COVID, the recruitment process was stopped, but college authorities recommend internships or online courses. Top roles, like software developer and tester, are offered to the students.

Dissatisfied regarding placements, otherwise, the college has a good environment.

Placements: Placements in the college were not up to the mark. Some companies that visited our campus were not related to our field. Very few students got placed from our batch. Also, the average salary package offered was very less when compared to other colleges. Companies that visit our campus for placements are not at all good.

A college with more than 25 years history in Karjat.

Placements: Placements in our college vary according to the sectors. If you are in IT or computer engineering department, then chances of getting a placement are high with an average package of around 2.40 lacs per annum. For the mechanical and production engineering departments with a batch of around 120 and 60 seats, it is very hard to get placements. Students in these sections get recruited in sales and marketing jobs and hardly a few, i.e. less than 10 students get into core jobs from campus. Students h...

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements, infrastructure gives high profile look.

Placements: Placements are good in our college as compared to other downside colleges atleast 50% of students get selected. The lowest salary is upto 1.5 lamha annually and average is 3 Lacs the highest depends upon capability of the student. Godrej is one of the best company that visit our college for placements many other companies involved they offer marketing jobs but least companies offer the kind of job students like mostly in technical field. There is a office in our college named training and placem...

Good staff and attendance is not an issue.

Placements: Konkan gyanpeeth college does't have good record for placements. The best placements are for mechanical and extx (about 25% of students are paced). The other faculty members are lagging behind at mere 10% placements, Major recruiters are infosys and wipro.

College is situated far from Karjat station which makes it unattractive. It is fine in other sense.

Placements: We did not come across it yet, but as per my knowledge, every year, Godrej selects 5 students from here. I don't have any idea of salary, but you have to be a good scholar to get yourself selected for an interview. It all depends on you if you are worth it, you will definitely get a job.

The college is good with the relaxed environment, and good festivals.

Placements: In 2014, the couple of companies came to the campus interview. The initial salary offered is 8K per month. There are no placements, but you will manage to get the job as you pass out from the college due to its good reputation. There is no dedicated placement officer in Konkan Gyanpeeth. The teaching staff from any other departments work as the placement officer because there is no focus on the placements.

The college is good. Faculty are helpful, and overall, the infrastructure is huge and good.

Placements: The placement for our senior was not good, due to the new management of our college. They assure us for the good company on our campus. The minimum salary was 10 lakhs, and maximum, it was around 60-80 lakhs per annum. Godrej and Tata was the highlighted one for the campus. The role was normal consultant mostly. The percentage was around 20. As I said, the highest was 50 lakhs, minimum it was 5 lakhs.

Many of the Mumbai toppers are from this college.

Placements: Our college doesn't have any placements. They have placements, but the companies are not big. Wipro is one of the companies which came for placements. Now they have collaborated with JIV so that students get more facilities for campus interviews and everything is very nice and good. I recommend taking admission in that college as many toppers of Mumbai University are also from there.

Golden year - 2013 - Review by General Secretary of the Student Council

Placements: Production Engineering is a sandwich course with 6 months of in-plant training. Godrej & Boyce and Siemens are the available choices for the in-plant training (students from production engineering branch are proactive and usually find themselves company of their choice with the help of seniors) which helps in getting preference during the actual placement drive. Godrej & Boyce is the known company among the students which selects students from the mechanical and production branch. The average se...

Dissatisfied because of placements, but good placements for 2016-2017 batch.

Placements: Placements are not enough good in the past 2-3 years. Only 5-10% students were placed in past years. Companies like Godrej, Exel Dynamics, Exinct, Saketh Exim etc and several other companies visited the campus placement. Most of the time they are offering sales profile jobs than technical. The internship support was great from college as it supports for Vacation internships and other extracurricular activities. The highest package offered in the last 4 years is 5.2 LPA as per my knowledge. ...

KGCE Reviewer. Good enough to take admission and a good platform to develop your skills.

Placements: The placement is good and not up to the mark. Many companies were called but the placement was provided mainly for computer, IT etc. Only 3 companies came for mechanical engineering students. It was a poor place mentioned this year. Total students placed were about 20/120. Hoping that it could get better.

Infrastructure is not much good, but the college is having a good sports ground. The surrounding environment is fresh. College canteen and the fests organized are average. The hostel is near the college. The college is situated out of the city on hills and is at a walking distance of 45 min. Placement is ok and is increasing nowadays. Though packages are low but you will get a job if you are having good marks. The lowest salary is 8k per month. The faculty is good, experienced, qualified and sup...

Good atmosphere, working staff is good. College transport limited. Need to be dependent on autos. Infrastructure is good. Being a well-established experienced institute, overall growth is satisfactory. Placements are not as expected. Overall a good place to study and enjoy.
