Review of Lukhdhirji Engineering College.
Placements: Our college placement cell works hard to provide placements for students. The management says that many companies visit the college for placements. The selection process involves written exam, group discussion and personal interview. The packages offered are good for freshers, it is Rs. 2.5 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Namo Wi-Fi is provided on the campus. Classrooms are good but old. Sports are the best. Hostel rooms are good but are not cleaned regularly. Food provided in the canteen is bad. The campus is not good.
Faculty: Professors in our college are well-qualified. They support all the students. They are highly knowledgeable. They use simple language to teach us. The college organises industrial visits for students. The teaching method is very good. Our HOD is very supportive to students.

As per education wise, our college is good, but when it comes to placements, it is poor.
Placements: There are no placements in our college, and we have to go another centre for an interview. Some companies are coming, but they are not technical companies. All of them are for sales and management not for engineering. So, in short, the placement in our college is dull.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and new. But our department of power electronics is old. The facilities of labs like machine lab and computer labs are good. There is a library facility, but there is no availability of books that we needed.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. Some of them are knowledgeable, and some professors are not much knowledgeable. They take lectures regularly, and they are punctual. The student to faculty ratio is about 10:1. We got industrial training or visit every month.
Other: The events are regularly taken in our college. There are many clubs for improvement of our skills.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, but good placements in 2018, and good infrastructure.
Placements: The college has nice placements. Here, 2-3 companies come for power electronics department. Many students get selected in the companies. The highest salary offered was 9 lakhs per year. So, overall, the power electronics department placement is very nice and get many opportunities. So, the departments and college are nice.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice and natural. Here, all the facilities are available like Wi-Fi, library, good campus, canteen, good classroom, sports club, games, labs, Siemens lab, and hostel. So, it's a very nice campus.
Faculty: The college is a government college, so teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All the students get proper and deep knowledge of the subjects and all things. All of them are very friendly and very helpful in subjects. Overall, the college has good faculty members.

The college campus is good. It is an average college.
Placements: The placements are very well, but only 5 to 6 students were placed in the placement. The highest salary offered was 2.4 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was 1. 2 LPA. Only two companies visited the campus for placements, Hitachi and Electrotherm India. Different types of roles were offered such as design engineer, service engineer, sales engineer, research and development engineer. No internship is provided to the students.
Infrastructure: The labs are available, but there are no proper instruments. The classrooms and the library are available. The medical facilities are not available. Sports and games are available. The infrastructure of the college is good. The hostel rooms are good. The food quality is bad, otherwise, the college is awesome.
Faculty: The faculty are supportive but are not very well. They are well qualified and knowledgeable, but the teaching quality is low. They read and explain the concepts, but the concepts are not explained practically. The student to faculty ratio is 20:1. Industry useful power electronics course is provided in the curriculum.

Good infrastructure, good facilities.
Placements: It has poor placements. In four years of study, not a single company came for the placement for my branch. Even now, as per our junior students, they are facing the same placement problem, so the government needs to focus on the placement process and needs to prepare students for the placement.
Infrastructure: It has a great infrastructure, good classrooms, a good facility for sports and a library. But, the medical facility is not present in the college, so it needs to improve the medical facility and also needs to improve the paperwork process as it is very irritating to get the hostel admission.
Faculty: Actually, the faculty members at our college are very good. The ratio for students-faculty is also good with supportive faculty members. Power electronics course is useful but the chance of getting a job in this stream is very low. Hence, it needs to improve the job facility after the college as many students are still searching for a good job after passing out from this college.
