Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Good infrastructure, bad placements, good faculty, bad rules and regulations.

Placements: The placement percentage of my seniors is around 10% because my college is new. Only two batches have passed out so far. Some of my seniors are placed through off-campus, remaining through on-campus. The average package is around 7.5k to 9k. Now I am a final year student and till now, I've not attended a single interview because my placement department did not arrange a single placement. This is the bad thing about my college. In total, 5 students were offered an internship in RK Metals, which is located near BHEL at Trichy. I am also 1 of those 5 students. They offered 100 rupees per day, which was helpful for my travel fare. That internship was very useful for my studies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. It is situated in a village area. So there's always greenery. We can breathe fresh air. There is no pollution around my college. We have access to Wi-Fi. Labs: For the mechanical department, every laboratory is very good, even the manufacturing technology lab. They have provided two CNC machines. For other departments, I am not 100% sure. There are only 50% of lab instruments provided. There are no medical facilities in my college. Sports facilities are good but there are no indoor games. There isn't a proper ground provided; they are not maintaining the ground. The canteen is good. We can go to the canteen to spend time with friends and eat snacks etc. Hostels are not too good because they are not providing individual rooms, they are only providing common rooms.

Faculty: Each and every faculty member in my college is well educated. Even the lab assistants are also educated. Their way of teaching is also very good. My maths teacher has completed her Ph.D. She is very talented and her way of teaching is very good. I have learned a lot from this college because each and every faculty member helped me with my project ideas. The course curriculum is also very useful.

Other: They do not allow bikes in the college. We need the pay the total fees in a single payment if not you are not allowed to enter the college. We have to wear formals every day even on Saturday and we have to buy books from the college only. They provide us with local author books only.
