Mai Institute of Hotel Management boasts a 3.5-acre campus with lush green surroundings in Malgaon, Sawantwadi. The Diploma in Food Production is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida, and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. To be eligible for the Diploma programmes the aspirng candidates need class 12 degree.

Mai Institute of Hotel Management (MAIIHM) offers financial assistance to its students.
