The college of marine- The MANET.

Placements: So if you see around 100-110 students get placed from 120 students, and the package is around 1.5-2.5 lakhs per month after becoming a 3rd officer. Top companies are Molta Mol, Yom Tankers, Maersk, Chellaram, and many more. We have an internship first, and then only we can get the job, so the same numbers here also as the placement one. Top roles in our field are the captain.

Strong Practical Training and Career Opportunities, but Room for Improved Support and Activities.

Placements: The placement scenario for the B.Sc. Nautical Science course is generally strong, with approximately 80-90% of students securing placements, depending on the batch and market conditions. The maritime industry offers a steady demand for skilled professionals, ensuring good placement opportunities. The highest package offered ranges between 12-15 LPA, typically for roles in reputed international shipping companies. The average package is around 6-8 LPA, while the lowest package starts at 3-4 LPA, ...

The college has extremely good placements and provides a good environment for development.

Placements: The placements at our college are excellent. Almost every student gets placed. Statistically, a total of 95% of our students get placed in top-class merchant companies. The placement department works extremely hard to bring in more opportunities for the cadets.

Life at MANET ( Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training ).

Placements: Placement is very good in MANET. Everyone gets placed; the only thing that matters is to clear all your exams on time. Follow all the rules and be disciplined. You will be placed as soon as possible. The passing percentage is 60%. And you have to maintain 90 percent attendance to appear for exams.

It is a good college for B.Sc. in Nautical Science.

It is absolutely amazing, full of know and fun, and experienced.

Placements: About 70% of students are placed, the highest package is 10.8 Lacs and the lowest package is 2.5 Lacs. Many companies visit but top recruiters are mearsk, molme ships, tapti etc. About internship I don't know much. Top roles are master/captain but you start with deck cadet and after giving certain exams you get promotions.

I recommended that students join MANET.

Placements: Our college has few placements. Top recruiting companies visit our campus. It is not in the top 5 institutes in India. I would recommend finding some other college to join the merchant navy, like Tolani, Anglo-Eastern, IMU, etc.

Our college has the best faculty members and industry-ready cadets.

Placements: Placements have increased over the past few years and play a crucial role. Top recruiting companies that visit our campus for campus recruitment are some of the best out there, having container vessels, bulk carriers, tankers, and gas carriers, e.g., BW Maritime, Chevron, MOL, Maersk, XT Shipping, etc. The salary offered to a trainee varies by company and ranges between USD 450 and USD 1200. Good faculty members, above average placements, Infrastructure is best from others.

Placements: The college provides 100% opportunity to students to get selected in a company. The deserving candidates are given preference and most of the times get selected in an ownership company. There are various ownership and manage companies that come to MANET every year. I myself got placed in BW Maritime. Other companies like Mearsk Tankers, Mearsk lines, BW Maritime, MOL Tankers and MOL Maritime India, XT shipping, Chevron, MTM, AZA, SEASPAN and many more companies recruit heavily.
