Just search for the DMET Kolkata and you will know everything about this great college.

Placements: In our college, you have to maintain at least 70% to get placements. Students who score below 70% also get placed. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.3 LPA. Pacific Basin, Feet Management, MOL, etc., visit the college. Our college provides internship opportunities for everyone who doesn't have arrear papers. In our college, everyone gets the same trainee role.

Bridging dreams and reality: IMU Kolkata.

Placements: Of the cadets who passed out in 2024, out of 238, 231 have been placed and the rest 7 are having arrears or are interested in pursuing a higher degree. The top recruiting companies are NYK, Chevron, Pacific Basin, and M.Sc. Dynagas, Torm Tankers, and many more.

Good alumni and faculty members. Good placements.

Placements: In 2021, 85% students got placed. The top recruiting companies were nyk, chevron, feet management, shipping corporation of india ltd, bsm, shell, etc. A good number of students got placed in the roles of trainee marine engineer, engine cadets or junior marine engineer.

Course is hard but plays off well.

Placements: All cadets were placed. Packages are similar and depend on the type of ship. Fleet and Anglo were among the recruiters. All students get internships at good companies like Synergy and Chevron. All were placed at the rank of Trainee Marine Engineer. The placement cell, which guides and supports you, consists of students and the head of the placement cell.

Absolutely satisfied because of placements and discipline in college.

Placements: Every year, about 90 percent of students get placed at the IMU Kolkata campus. The average package is about 600-900 dollars. Top companies like NYK, Dynagas, Fleet Management, Synergy, and Chevron, etc. are offering good salaries and even giving training to cadets studying on the IMU Kolkata campus.

IMU/DMET/MERIT campus review.

Placements: Placement is above average. More than 80 percent of cadets get placed every year. There is no concept of the highest package in this field. Cadets receive a stipend ranging from 500 dollars to 1000 dollars depending on the company. Top recruiting companies are M.Sc. FLEET, CHEVRON, SYNERGY.

Best return on investment college - IMU KC, best placement records, amazing campus life.

Placements: The placement scenario of Imukc is very amazing. Mostly 90% of the cadets get placed till the 4th year. Moreover, the company starts recruiting from 2nd year only. Companies that visit are Fleet Management, Dynagas Ltd, WSM, BSM, Pacific Basin, Chevron and many more. There is a dedicated placement cell each year that passes on the necessary information to their batchmates.

Placements: 100% of students get placements on this campus. Many companies and big recruiters come here to recruit the students. Big companies like Synergy, M.Sc., Chevron, WSM, and others come here for recruitment. 60% of students get internships from different companies and INS Shivaji.

Indian maritime university review .

Placements: 190 candidates out of 250 got placed this year. Placements are excellent. There is no such defined average package in Marine Engineering. Approximately 80-90% students get a chance to do internships in different college across the country. Top recruits are FLEET, CHEVRON, M.Sc. SYNERGY.

One of the top most college for marine engineering.

Placements: The placement scenario after Corona is excellent. In the 2023 passout batch, approximately 93 percent of students got placed. Companies are coming for placement in the 2nd semester. Approximately 20–25 companies come for placement. Companies like MOL Tankers, Pacific Basin, NYKline, AngloEastern, Goodwood, Synergy, GreatEastern, Maersk, M.Sc. Chevron, BSM, etc. are the mass recruiting companies of this college.

Good infrastructure, 100% placements, good faculty members and rigorous training.

Placements: The placements at this college are very good. Since last year, every cadet has been placed and there is a 100% placement guarantee. Many companies came to this institute and took the maximum number of cadets, like Chevron, NYK, Pacific Basin, Anglo Eastern, Shell, Feet Management, Mitsui OSK Lies, Torm, Scorpio Genco, M.Sc. BSM, Dynagas, Dynacom tankers and many others. Cadets of the 2019 entry who passed out recently got placed with various shipping companies.

Placements: The placement scenario on the campus is much better than any other college in the maritime field. From the 2019 entry, all the cadets are placed. Companies like Chevrolet, WSM, NYK, Scorpio, Foots, BSM, M.Sc. shell, Dynamo, and PB visit the campus each year.

Best and the oldest marine college of the East Asia.

Placements: Best college in terms of placement: almost 100% students from the last 3 to 4 years and earlier it was always around more than 80%. The top companies are NYK, MOL, Synergy, TORM, Anglo Eastern Ship Management, Pacific basin and many more companies from around the world. We don't have any internship programs here.

Placements: In the last 2–3 years, the percentage of placement has been 100% and if you are a girl, you can be placed in your first year also. The top recruiting companies are NYK, MOL, SYNERGY, ANGLO EASTERN, TORM, SCORPIO, PACIFIC BASIN and many more. The lowest package offered in this course is around 600–800 USD and the highest package can be 21000–24000 USD without any taxes.

INDIAN MARITIME UNIVERSITY - One of the best colleges for marine engineering in India.

Placements: Placement-wise, the college offers lots of good chances. Almost 90% of every batch gets placed within the 4 years of the course. Due to the success of the college, it has gained a lot of reputation as the hub for competent and hard-working marine engineers.
