It is an excellent college if you have the goal set.

Placements: The companies do come to the college, but it depends on you and your efforts to get placed. Currently, the situation of the marine industry is not very good in terms of recruitment, but companies do come here. For our batch, Maersk Tankers came last year as the first company, and I got placed in the first attempt. Special thanks to all my faculty members and placement department for all of their mentorship. Currently, 10 to 15 cadets got placed in our batch of 150.

It is an amazing college for girls.

Placements: Placements are very poor. Less than 15% of the students got placed even though the placement committee is working hard to improve it. As per the records of the past few years, placements are not that good. Top companies are Maersk Tankers, BW and Mole.

Infrastructure is very beautiful and stunning, which attracts the view of people.

Placements: I have given a poor rating because placements in our college are less than 20% for the last year batch from the last 4 years. Still, most of our students are eligible and still have better knowledge, but they hadn't got a chance to sit in an interview. However, due to the weak condition of the shipping market, they are still trying.

I had a wholesome experience at MANET, Pune.

Placements: All the companies which visit our college for campus placements are world-class companies. Cadets have a great future by working in them. Mostly giants like Maersk, BW Maritime, Molmi, etc., visit here for campus placements. In recent times, there has been a somewhat decline in placements, but with the efforts being put by the academy, it will surely increase in the near future.

Review of MANET-Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training, MIT-ADT University.

Placements: Our college prepares us by taking into consideration of new recruitment demands in the company. They teach us from the basics like aptitude to interview techniques. New slots are allotted for placement activities that are held by SCIL. Companies like Maersk, BW and MOL came for placements.

Overall, I will rate it with 4 stars out of 5 stars based on my various experiences. I'm satisfied.

Placements: Placements are based on the performance of students and how they take part in academics. MANET has a reputation for providing great placements and the type of companies which visit. From starting of the second year, cadets become eligible to attend placement interviews.

Really satisfied with investing my energy, time and money into this foundation.

Placements: The placement record is something that we always look for before joining an institute. As far as MANET is concerned, it draws a path for you to step into your dream world by conducting interviews with the world's top companies like Maersk Tankers, MOL, BW, Chevron and many more, which offer good packages. Even the percentage of girl cadets' placements is very good. Special sessions like SCIL are conducted to meet the criteria of conversational intelligence.

Hostel life is very good here, and sports facilities are also provided.

Placements: Earlier placements were very high in our college. In our batch, a less number of cadets got placed, but a lot of companies are recruiting girls due to IMO policies. The starting salary offered for TME is about Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 per month and may depends on companies. The top role offered in our course is CE.

Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Placements: In our batch, only 15 students got placed now out of 161. Not even 10% of the entire batch got placed. Previously the placement was very high, but now, due to recession as well as due to corona pandemic, the placement is on the decline. Still, many companies are approaching our college to recruit girls due to the change in IMO policy.

I'm averagely satisfied with excellent hostel & infrastructure. It just lacks somewhat in placements

Placements: There are no many placements here, but I think it is not our college's fault as just the requirement of marine engineers is less as automation is developing on ships. Placements are not quite good, but if you work hard, you will surely get placed. Companies visit here, but they just need the academically top students.

It is a good college with infrastructure and faculty members. Placements are average.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in this college. MOL, Maersk Tankers, BW Maritime, MALTA, Chevron and many other companies are visiting our college for placements. Companies only hire students who have cleared all semesters. They also hire topper students, so placements are average in this college.

Excellent faculty and good infrastructure.

Placements: Most students get placed either from college or outside and the college tries its best to get students placed. Selection is totally based on merit and almost everyone gets a chance to appear for exams conducted by the company, provided they have the basic selection criteria. The lowest rank in the course I am pursuing is an Engine Cadet or Trainee Marine Engineer. The pay varies worldwide from company to company but is generally within the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 per month for an Engine ...

The placement cell is active. The teachers are amazing.

Placements: 20-25% of students from batch 2020 were placed till Feb 2020. The placement record before passing out was 10%. The placement cell did very promising efforts to increase the placement. Top Companies like BW, MOL and MOLTA recruit the cadets.

Placements in our college were poor.

Placements: Around 25% of the students got placed form college. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, the lowest package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Maersk, MOL, and BW Maritime. These companies which mostly visit our college.

Everything is perfect except for the placements.

Placements: This is the only thing this college severely lacks in. The placement chances here are extremely poor. Very few companies visit the college and each company does not select more than 2-5 cadets. Also, only those who are extremely good in academics are given a chance to sit for any company.

It is the best place to get marine engineering degree with good placements and best infrastructure.

Placements: Our college is able to provide only 40% placements to their students and provides 100% placement assistance. The salary offered by the companies in placements is in between 250$ to 500$ US dollar. Companies which offer placements are MOL, Maersk Line, MSC and Goodwork. The fee of our college is about to 3 lacs per annum. Internships are not offered here.

Really good infrastructure and sports facilities.

Placements: Right now due to recession in the merchant navy field the amount of jobs have been decreasing but still our college is working hard to bring in companies for recruitment such as BW, MOL, MOL Tankers, MTM, MAERSK Tankers, etc. So the placement department is trying their best to provide jobs for the cadets.

We got admission easily. A fee is also less as compared to other colleges in Pune.

Placements: About 40% of the students from our course got placed. Placements depend upon marks scored in the exam. The salary offered to the students differs from company to company. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Companies like MOL, Maersk Line, BW and many companies visit our college for placements. Everyone gets a chance of PLI test for placements.

I am completely satisfied with the college authorities, mess food, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements have tremendously risen in the past couple of years as the world's largest shipping company called Maersk hired almost 23 cadets in the first year itself. Now, almost 33 cadets of my batch got placed in companies like MOL, Maersk Line, Maersk Tanker, BW, etc. Many more are going to get placed in their final year.

It is not as good as IMU colleges.

Placements: Placements in the college are nothing when compared to other marine institutes. Placement department says to go and try other jobs, try IT companies or different courses as they can't provide us with placements. There are almost 200 cadets in B.Tech 2015-19 batch, but only 10 are placed. They promised us during admissions that they provide 100% placements in their college, but they are not investing on us. They say that no companies hire cadets of the 4th year, but that's not true.
