Top companies come in this college, in my batch first company was Maersk took 5 cadets another faint company BW shipping took about 13 cadets. All the placement and placed cadets along with their photos are listed in college website.

Our college provided good placements earlier but not good currently.

Placements: Around 100% placement guidance is provided but not 100% placements are provided. Deserving candidates will get placed. 60% is required in academics for students to get placed. Students get good chances to be cadets but not in large number. It is not sufficient for placement seats.

The experience in the institute was good, faculties are good and the infrastructure is quit good.

Placements: They're about 50% of students got placed in my batch and the college also calls the students after the completion of the course the placements. Companies like Chevron, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Marsek Tankers, Seaspan, etc. Some of the students got a good package from reputed shipping organisations.

Good faculty and good infrastructure.

Placements: Till now 40% of students are placed in our batch. There are various companies are coming to our college for recruitment like XT, MOLMI, MAERSK, BW, etc. From the above companies, each and every company recruit more than 6-7 cadet at a time. These companies don't offer a package right now and packages are dependent on rank.

It is a good choice to start one's career in the marine field.

Placements: The placements in MANET are really good. Companies such as Maersk Tankers, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, MOL, Molta, MTM, etc., recruit a lot of cadets. Around 40 to 50% of cadets are placed, and many students are in the process of recruitment. If one really works hard, then there will be a good chance of getting placed in a reputed company.

The college has really good infrastructure and facilities and also good placement assistance.

Placements: I passed out in 2022. I got selected for one of the leading shipping companies called XT Shipping Management. The college placement department provides excellent guidance to pursue this glory. Nearly 60% of cadets got placed in reputed companies across the world. Companies visit the college for recruitment. The average package offered by companies lies between 5-7 Lacs per annum.

Dissatisfied by placement.

Placements: In our course, only 20% of the students are placed, till date. As we know in the marine field only placement matters and CDC doesn't matter at all. Maersk Tankers, BW Maritime, etc., are the companies visiting here for us. Mainly in Maersk Tankers, students got internships from college, and only 10% of the students got this opportunity.

Faculty are so good all time supporting, sport and living facilities are nice .

Placements: Placements are less in campus, because recently we are facing corona issue that time all exams are going on online so companies are not interested coming, because all students are giving full marks, placement is less because lack of knowledge because of online learning .

It has very good infrastructure and faculty, and the best marine faculty members.

Placements: 10% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered by a shipping company named Chevron is around 650$. Other companies named Maersk offered about 580$. Many companies like Maersk, Chevron, B&W, and MOL visit our college for recruitment. As this course is about Merchant Navy, every candidate starts from a trainee marine engineer onboard ship for like 11-12 months, and later, he can get promoted by giving class exams.

College is good but try not to get into this field .

Placements: There is a high competition in this field because of some agents college tries to offer placement for top cadets but the field is getting more competitive daily. Even lot of big companies are hiring through agents and cadets who have potential aren't able to get a job.

It has a good campus in all aspects.

Placements: Placements are based on cadets' performance. If students are throughout all clear with high CGPA they have more chances of placements. There are other options available to get placements, just focus on studies and have a good relationship with faculty members which may help.

It is one of the best colleges if they focus less on earning money.

Placements: The placement scenario is poor. Only 5% of students from our course get placed. Top companies like MOL, Maersk, Molta, etc., visit our college for placements. Placements should be improved, but the college is not working much on it. Earlier it was good, but the college is not good for the past 2-3 years.

Overall, it's a good college except for placements.

Placements: In terms of placements, MANET is below average as only 15-20% of students get placed, hardly 25-30%. The placement scenario is really poor. The number of companies coming to college has decreased. Top companies are MAERSK, MOL and BW. Packages are good.
