One of the top ranked college in Kerala.

Placements: Comparatively placements are low for civil branch. Only one student is placed in core company in this year. Two students were placed in TCS. But for other branches especially for computer Science most of the students were placed. Salary packages varies from 2lackhs -8lakhs per annum.

Great infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placements for the senior batches were good, companies like Ford, Mahindra, RY had made appearances. I think the highest salary package was of 12 Lacs but I'm not sure about the lowest. Almost all the students go for internships as it compulsory. Stipend ranges from 5000 per month to 30,000 per month. There's a placement cell for every branch and the students get involved with it from their semester. It published news and articles which are concerned with the placements.

Mar Athanasius College is one of the finest institutions in India.

Placements: The placements were well above average when compared to other colleges in Kerala. The IEEE MACE SB conducted a job fair where students from all around Kerala attended the interviews by different companies. Most students of our batch were successfully placed into many companies.

A good college in Kerala for B.Tech, and it offers you a good future.

Placements: The placements are good when compared to other engineering colleges. About 70% of the students are placed through the campus interviews. They offer a good salary. The students will get internship also for their commitment and hard work. Our college has an active placement cell, and it invites highly reputed companies to conduct campus placements.

Absolutely satisfied because of good placement, faculty.

Placements: Mar Athanasius College of engineering considers placement of every student as its principal duty. One of the foremost responsibility of college is to motivate and prepare students for their higher exams like GATE GMAT TOFEL and in interviews and subsequent interactions with employers.

Infrastructure is superb and campus looks awesome. Don't miss the arts fest.

Placements: Placements in IT sector was splendid. It was very huge in number. But placements in the core field was very limited. It was a huge setback for M.E and C. E students. Even students with very impressive aggregate had to join in the I. T sector. Placements were relatively lower in this year.

Overall, it is one of the best colleges in Kerala.

Placements: IT sector placements are really good. Few core companies like Bosch give excellent offers to 3 or 4 outstanding students. The T&P cell in the college makes consistent efforts to make sure every student in the college gets placed. In short, the college provides 75% campus placements.

There is very fine infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are good and efficient. The placements are provided in reputed companies like TCS, MRF, Marico and so on. There is a dedicated placement cell for creatively developing each student before the real interview. Mock interviews and training were conducted before real interviews and develop confidence in students.

Enjoy your engineering in GATE way of Westernghats.

Placements: I got placed in TCS and IBM. Currently, I am working in IBM, during my joining we had a good amount of placement, but in my 2nd year, the TPO got changed, and the placements went down. In my year, people without any arrears got at least one offer. The core placements were less for my batch, but few students could manage from the mechanical, civil, and electrical branches.

A campus with great infrastructure and facilities. It has an active training and placement cell.

Placements: There is a decent placement statistics in this college. The training and placement cell is active, and it offers guidance for the students to tackle the job interviews as well as bring out the leadership qualities among some other students by letting them organise the events. About 60-70 percent of the students get placed here with a decent freshers package. The companies like MRF, Maruti Suzuki, etc., have visited here but most of the students get placed in the IT firms like TCS, Wipro, etc. ...

Love the campus life and I am happy of my choice. Hope my placements will go good.

Placements: Almost 65% of the students get placed annually, mostly from EC and CS branches. Naval officers also visit the college and choose a few best from the pool. Salaries offered vary from 1 lac to ten thousand a month. The students are also offered a job in and out of Kerala. During their third year, students compete among themselves to earn internships at their dream companies.

Review on MACE Kothamangalam

Placements: A lot of tier 1 companies visit the college during placements. If one possesses good grades and good communication skills, getting an offer is not so difficult. TCS was the mass recruiter during my period. Also, companies like Tata Elxsi, Envestnet, Mu Sigma, Wipro, Good Methods Global, Qburst were there. The college has an active placement cell which takes care of aptitude training for students and ensures that different companies visit.

Excellent infrastructure and experienced faculty members.

Placements: The college has good placements in IT sector. Many companies including TCS, Envestnet, IBS and many others offered placements with an average salary of 3.3 lakh. The highest salary offered was 5.5 lakhs and lowest was 2.5 lakh. Placements in core industry are less but alumni of college made possible some core companies like Hyundai, MRF, Kitco, VKL etc. Placements for CS department are highest, followed by EC department.

Good blend of academics, exposure, networking and fun.

Placements: If you are gratified with an IT placement, then it's good. Most offers were made by TCS. The only core company that visited was Marico (3.6LPA). The college doesn't arrange internships and so companies visit only for final placements. Plus it's difficult to get leaves approved for a proper 2 months internship.

One of the best places to spend your four years.

Placements: To be frank, the placements for branches except IT are too bad. When I say too bad, I really mean it. Only one student from my batch got a core company placement and that too with a 2-year bond for around 25,000 per month package. That was the only core company visited. The one who got selected works as a Site Engineer there. Now about internships, the university has set a 15-day internship mandatory for every BTech student and most of them visit some construction sites. There are no stipends fo...

Good college in terms of infrastructure but the student teacher relation isn't that good.

Placements: Placements were very poor. TCS took the maximum students and that is around 180. Core companies were very less. The highest package was almost 6 LPA. Almost 300 students among 550 students got placed, mostly in IT firms with a salary package of 3-3.5 lakhs per annum. Other companies were Wipro, Mu Sigma, Envestnet, South Indian Bank, Qburst technologies, Tata Elxi, MRF, Kitco etc. Most of the students were selected as a software engineer or program developer.
