Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2025
3.4

Good placement opportunities but disappointing infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Official report for placements of the year 2023-2024 hasn't been updated yet. And from my batch, people have been offered a job letter from auditing firms with a package of around 2 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are KPMG (and other big 4). Top recruitments of the year 2022-23: 8.6 LPA. Internship stipend: 30,000. Top roles offered in our course are business development and marketing. Top internships provided are for marketing and sales, content creation, and social media.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is not that great, basically, there are 2 buildings and a small parking lot on the main campus. As for the college sports ground, it is on a different land, walking distance from college. Library conditions are good, but they do not let you take your own books inside the library. Canteen has a lot of food choices, but not all of them are worth trying. Also, despite it being a girls' college, conditions of the washrooms are not so great either.
Faculty: Teacher quality is above average for sure, but I believe the curriculum can be improved, and the value of internal assessment is a lot and can be hard to score 50+ out of 70 marks. Core subjects are very relevant to the course I've selected, but the additional choices aren't in our best interest and seem just an additional burden in a few semesters.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue a career in business. I wish the quality of the college could be improved, i.e., hygienic washrooms, clean canteen, and working appliances (fans). College does organise great fests and events but usually the timings are 11 am-3 pm which is highly warm in the summers. College also provides fee concession for the students who meet the criteria for it.

I am satisfied and faculty is good.
Placements: The placement rate for my college is 27.27%. Some of the companies that recruit are Deloitte and Tech Mahindra. The highest package was around 7.1 lakh per annum, while the lowest package was around 2 lakh per annum. The top roles were content writing, teaching and education, and HR executive.
Infrastructure: Mata Sundri College does not provide hostel facilities, but the canteen is well designed and has plenty of space for students to roam around. The college provides ample seating, and the food is quite good, with a wide variety of options. I did not use the medical facilities, but I assume they are available, based on what I saw on the college premises. The college has a ground for games and sports, but it is a bit far from the college and not well furnished.
Faculty: The faculty at Mata Sundri College for Women are very well qualified and knowledgeable, and they are very comfortable to talk to. The course curriculum is relevant, but could do with a bit more preparation to get students ready for the industry. The difficulty of the papers depends on the teacher, with some being easy but long, and others being hard but not too hard.
Other: The course gave me knowledge of the conditions of people and their survival in the early period. I learned about brilliant poets and authors. The college provided events from time to time, but they should provide better placements. The students didn't know about the placements in the college.

I suggest you to go for a private institute.
Placements: I have completed both my certification and diploma at this college. Unfortunately, the college did not provide any placement opportunities for diploma students. Students should not depend on the college for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is really good. The classrooms are clean and well-organized, and we will find clean washrooms everywhere. The college also has a beautiful, well-maintained planting area. The college is located in a nice area, and the infrastructure is great.
Faculty: In our certification, we had a female teacher who was very good, and I understood the material very well. However, in my diploma, we were dissatisfied with the male teacher, who was not very attentive.
Other: I chose this college because the fees are quite affordable. I took admission in this college and found that it was worth it.

A good infrastructure and faculty
Placements: Almost all students are above average and if I talk about placement so if are actively participate in college then surely you will get good placement and big 4 also came here to recruit Students. Here most of the students find the job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities provided in this college is much better then other du colleges , the quality of canteen food is so good at reasonable rates. As this college have a huge canteen h also a big auditorium as compared to other colleges the only drawback is that campus is not allotted.
Faculty: As teachers are so helpful and there are so many methods of their evaluation as continuous evaluation occur but passing percentage is quite nyc . It is easy to pass exams here and internals are quite easy you just need to be little attentive in your class.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculties, friends, and the crowd of the college.
Placements: About 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was 1 lakh per annum, and big companies recruited students every year. About 60% got internships, with roles as archaeologists or managers in museums and other fields. This course helps in the preparation for civil service exams.
Infrastructure: The course was good, as I have a keen interest in the subject, and the faculty were also supportive whenever I needed help. The library is very big and well-ventilated. They also provide Wi-Fi on campus, but there are no hostel facilities as it is under construction.
Faculty: The course syllabus was relevant to today’s scenario. If we study regularly, it will be easy to clear the exams. Exams are conducted every semester, with continuous assessments held weekly to improve communication skills.
Other: I chose this course because of my keen interest in history and its relevance to civil service exam preparation. The fest and campus crowd are also good, and extracurricular activities are encouraged, as we practice daily.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty of my department who put in efforts for the students to grow.
Placements: Packages are usually low, they don't pay attention on all the courses. They focus only on specific courses for placements. The jobs offered are not beneficial for most students, most of the students are not even aware of the placements cell of Mata Sundri College.
Infrastructure: They do not provide hostel facilities. The campus is very limited but I would say that our college has a very good library but the classes lack proper seating arrangements. When it comes to canteen, it is very unhygienic. The food is sometimes spoiled and there is a lot of wastage.
Faculty: The teachers are genuinely helpful and concerned about the students’ performance in my department. But I have heard a lot from other departments about how they don't pay attention to the students’ problems and concerns about exams and any other issue the students might be facing.
