Candidate must have passed 10th grade or S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2024. There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024. Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Life in college in Guntur

Placements: There are many brilliant students in our college, and nearly all the students have the highest packages with their technical knowledge. The highest package got by the students in our college is 8LPA, and the students who got the package are the inspiration to the students who are trying to get placement through this diploma qualification.

Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure available in our college and as well as in our department also. There is a good quality of food and a peaceful nature. There are many brilliant students in our college and nearly all the students are on the highest packages with their technical knowledge and the highest package got by the students in our college is 8LPA and the students who got the package are the inspiration to the students who are trying to get placement through this diploma qualification

Faculty: The quality of our teachers’ teaching is very good, and they teach relevantly to the curriculum. It is somewhat difficult for semester exams because of strictness, and the pass percentage of our department is 75%. There are many brilliant students in our college, and nearly all the students have the highest packages with their technical knowledge. The highest package got by the students in our college is 8LPA, and the students who got the package are an inspiration to the students who are trying to get placement through this diploma qualification.

Other: I mainly chose this course because of my career, and the best thing in our course is providing good computer systems for coding.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2024.

Placements: 90% of students placed in the CME course during 2023. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average is 3 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Thoughtworks Pvt Ltd was the top company, offering 8 LPA to selected candidates, with three students placed at that package last year.

Infrastructure: MBTS Government Polytechnic College offers Wi-Fi facilities and is built on 30 acres. The labs have AC, around 70 systems in working condition, and well-structured classrooms, labs, and washrooms. Both women's and men's hostels are available.

Faculty: Teachers in this course are well-experienced and trained, explaining all topics clearly, clarifying doubts, and guiding students for semester exams. Faculty make maximum effort in teaching.

Other: I chose this course for future job scope and to learn about software.

Satisfied with everything.

Placements: Placements are good enough for the diploma program, with the highest salary package being 8 LPA and the average salary package at 2.4 LPA. Last year was good, and this year is expected to be even better. Recruiters came and selected some students according to their requirements, and we are satisfied with that.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are just awesome. The girls' hostel is on campus and is fantastic and well-designed. The boys' hostel is also being designed and will be completed in a few days. Labs for every branch are available, and everything is functioning properly.

Faculty: Everyone in this college is experienced and qualified. They are very understanding and take good care of the students. The teaching skills are adequate, and the curriculum is followed properly, leading to successful outcomes.

Other: Graduates are well settled, and some of the recently passed-out students have joined for higher studies, while others have secured good placements.

It is a good college to study because of its faculty members.

Placements: Students should score more than 75% to enroll in computer engineering. Some companies hire our diploma candidates in their third year. The salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Apex Solutions, SR Tech, Xe-Gene, Veda IIT, etc., visit our campus.

Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure. Labs and library are good. The hostel facilities are not available. We have to be in hostels outside campus. There are many hostels close to the college.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. They clarify our doubts in off-class time also. The curriculum is good, and it is helpful for the industry. We have industrial training. The semester exams are easy when we study with determination.

Other: Students who are placed in diploma after 10th grade feel free. Students should have to maintain some discipline. It is completely free to study. Other activities like games and fests will be held. I wish the government would add more content to the syllabus, which would make us even better.

I am satisfied with this college because there are good placements, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 80 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 20 LPA and the average salary package offered is 35 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCL, Wipro, etc., visit our campus. Almost 90% of students get internships. Top role offered is the manager.

Infrastructure: We have facilities like classrooms, digital labs, a library, and Wi-Fi. Among the amenities available are beds, study rooms, and a dining hall. The quality of the food is good than excepted. We have a canteen, a playground, and sports facilities in our college. Medical facilities are available at our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They have completed M.Tech. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: The computer engineering course is the most trending. Developing programs is the best thing to do. More placements are implemented than computer engineering requires. Our college celebrates festivals every year. Scholarships are provided at our college.
