Absolutely satisfied because of the excellent placement, faculty and infrastructure.

Faculty: We have a well-set faculty team which includes well-trained professors. They are always approachable and ready to clear doubts anytime. They are very much supportive. They make the campus a home place. We can interact with them like our family members. They help us for better learning and development.

Model Engineering college .

Faculty: Faculty and teachers are really supportive. They help in bringing placements to the college. The course, however, doesn't make students industry-ready. We need to learn skills by putting in our own efforts. Semester exams are a little bit difficult. However, pass percentages are not that low.

Go there for placements and disciplined study.

Faculty: Teachers are really good and helpful and they are also very supportive. Students can choose this college for proper lectures from teachers and this course is relevant. Semester exams are not very hard but competitive. This college is under KTU University.

It is my luck that I got admission in MEC.

Faculty: Teaching quality and teachers were so nice. Teaching quality is good. It's better if they provide notes for each subject, which will be helpful during exam time, as KTU notes are not available for this course. Semester exams were good, but the time span of each semester is too short, which makes students struggle to study.

Should I choose ECE in Mec?

Faculty: MEC has faculty members with high qualifications in different spectrums. Teachers provide almost all notes and other stuff necessary for studies and are extremely friendly. But apart from this, we will have to grind by ourselves for securing more, especially for placements and interviews, but the placement cell and training cell may provide some additional stuff. If you follow a proper schedule, then it is really easy to tackle semester exams. Teachers mainly concentrate on exam-oriented topics ...

Boring College Life!

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and helpful, providing good teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are tough, and university exams can be difficult, resulting in a passing percentage of less than 100.

Good Placements, Plethora of Clubs, and Good Hostel Facilities.

Faculty: All teachers in the department are well-qualified and equipped with expertise in the field. The teaching quality is good, and the syllabus is relevant to the electrical and electronics industry. However, the duration of a semester is very short according to the KTU calendar which has made it hectic for both students and teachers. Often portions are not covered completely before the semester exams. The latest pass percentage recorded from MEC is 64.19%.

Best placement records, below average college life.

Faculty: MEC has the best faculty. They have good qualifications in the teaching field. They also know how to handle their students. Most of the teachers try to build a good student-teacher relationship. We follow the 2019 KTU syllabus. It's a bit old. They do not teach Python. But the new 2024 scheme focuses on relatively new fields. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate to hard. It depends on the level of your preparation. Commonly, in the CS branch, very hard question papers are not given.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, campus, feels. Placements are very good in 2024.

Faculty: The teachers at Model Engineering College (MEC) are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable, always willing to help students both academically and beyond. Their teaching quality is exceptional, combining theoretical depth with practical insights to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subjects. The course curriculum is meticulously designed to be industry-relevant, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their respective fields. With a strong emphasis...

I'm satisfied with the choice I made and where I am now.

Faculty: Teaches are very helpful but they overlook students' careers. The quality of teaching is good. If we don't understand any topic, they take extra classes to clear our doubts. Overall, teachers are great.

Excellent placement opportunities, but the college life is poor.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, and portions are covered before the examinations. No topics are skipped for exams. College is affiliated with KTU (Abdul Kamal Technical University). Exams are conducted as per their schedule. Both series exams and internals are conducted regularly each month.

I am dissatisfied with infrastructure, but our college provides good placements and high packages.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The teaching quality is good for most of the subjects (main subjects). The course is not enough to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate level. Around 100% of students pass exams in our class. Some teachers are very friendly.

Ongoing college experience-satisfied so far

Faculty: Professors are highly knowledgeable and very helpful to students. They teach students with utmost care and professionalism. Everything they teach students is very useful for their exams and careers. They are always happy to clear students' doubts and provide any support regarding their studies.

MEC - Great in placements and fun.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and lenient in most cases. They are knowledgeable enough and offer good quality teaching. With the update in KTU's syllabus, the curriculum has become better and focuses on making students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy enough, with most students passing.

Really good placements. And infrastructure is not that much good. Faculty members are good enough.

Faculty: Faculty members support us for many activities. Course curriculum is not that much relevant. Since we need to study all the 8 semesters in the college, it is very much helpful. Semester exams are a little bit tough compared to each subject, due to lack of time.
