Our college is not good for average students.

Placements: Almost 60 to 70% of the students got selected in some companies like TCS and Wipro. Infosys blacklisted our college, so it doesn't come to our college. The highest salary package offered is about 6 LPA, and only 2 or 5 students are selected for this salary package. The average salary package offered is 3.4 LPA.

It is a decent college with good placements.

Placements: Students are given oppurtunities like head for various societies or branch, class representative and various competition organisers. You get the chance to represent your class in various competitions or functions which are held inside or outside the college. In every role, you have to earn.

An average college with average placements.

Placements: Placements are average. Major recruiters are TCS, Wipro and UST Global. If you are in CS or IT specialisation, it will be somewhat easier for you to get placed in comparison to Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering has 0 placement. It is not advisable to study Civil Engineering from MIET.

It is a good college in Meerut area with decent placements.

Placements: The average number of students get placed from our college but only from the CSE and IT branches, but placements for other branches are not much good. Good companies like TCS and Wipro also visited here for placements. The average salary package offered here is around 2 LPA, and it is higher for some students.

Overall, our institute is good.

Placements: Almost students got placement at the institution, and remaining one also got placed through different platforms like AKTU and CoCubes. Many companies, like TCS, Wipro, Daffodil, Mindtree, Capgemini, etc., visit our college to hire students. Almost 98% of the students from our course got placed.

Our college is not so good. Faculty members were above average, but they do not have experience.

Placements: In the civil branch, placements were not provided, and no companies visited our college. There were about 35 students in our branch, so our college did not focus on inviting companies for our branch. However, we tried our best to visit the companies in our neighbourhood college.

Almost all faculty members are freshers with less teaching experience.

Placements: Our college tries to place almost 90% of the students even if it is technical or non-technical. They also play a mind game by which students get placed in a non-technical job and after some time they have to leave the job. The highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.44 LPA. Top companies like Wipro, Web-Kul, Hexaware, etc., visit our campus for recruitment. Top roles offered are salesforce admin, developer, support, and marketing.

The infrastructure of our college is a drawback.

Placements: Our college needs lots of improvement because they only provide BPO for job profiles, and profiles offered are also not good. The main drawback is placements, or maybe it is because of the city that companies don't want to come.

Management need to learn.

Placements: Placements are very poor in my branch. Faculty members are all really good, but zero placements in our Branch or all the core branches of our college except CS and IT. People who got placement in my branch are placed in sales company only, and we cannot consider that.

Faculty was good, and placements were okay, but the infrastructure was not good.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students from my department got placed. Mostly students got placed in companies and most of the reputed companies visit our college for placements. Students were placed according to their skills and talent. The college also provides internship for students for free of cost. The best mentors are provided to the students. Our seniors mostly got placed in the companies with a good salary package. The salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 15 LPA that I heard from our faculty....

The college has an average infrastructure and poor placements for Mechanical Engineering.

Placements: The placements record in MIET college from mechanical engineering branch is not good as I got the information from my senior batch students. Placements for the mechanical branch is poor. If students have some extra knowledge like C programming language or other than that, then there will be a chance for them to get selected in IT or CS companies like TCS and IBM. The maximum salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the average salary package is around 3 LPA. The best recruiter companies like TCS ...

Nice college but placement is only for IT and CS.

Placements: IT and CS branch students have good placements but other branches students have to look up jobs by themselves. Attendance criteria are strict and they will not allow you to attend sessional exams if attendance is not up to the mark. The sports facility is availed by the hostel students.

Placements: Placements were average for our batch 2014. Giant companies like TCS, Wipro, UST Global visited our college but the no of selected candidates were very less in those companies. Few small scale companies also visited our campus. 3 Lacs per annum was the minimum package offered and 5 LPA was the maximum. Placement cell of our college is just good, it always encouraged students to get good marks and to attend additional workshops. Overall, the placement is average from our college.

Placements: About 40% of the students of our batch got placed in the college placements. The average salary offered to the placed students was 3.10 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro and UST global were the main recruiters. Most of the companies visit the college to hire students, but they are not reputed ones. Placements: The placement of my senior batch is very good as compared to my batch. Lots of MNCs such as wipro, Tcs, ust global etc. come in college but these companies are only for CSE students. Overall, only CSE students are placed and the average package is 3-4 LPA and it increases with your experience.

NOT A BAD COLLEGE TO DEDICATE OUR PRECIOUS 4 YEARS OF LIFE. Gracias MIET.

Placements: Placement is quite for CS and IT branch. But rarely any mechanical company visits. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra are prominent few. Indian army, air force, navy also regularly visit the campus. Our campus head Colonel Bhola sir made sure we got enough opportunities to get outself placed in reputed organisation. Various off campus calls are also organized by the institute for companies like Sanmar. Various MBA and other companies too visit campus.
