Placements: The placements in the college are good only for software students. But the placements are not that good for core branches. For the first time, a few companies of civil visited the campus for placements, and our seniors got placed and are getting the average salary. So, we can say that the placements will be good in the future.
Placements: Placements in the college are good from the last few years, especially for CS, IT, and ECE branches. About 40% of the CS, IT, and ECE students got placed on the campus placements. The average salary package offered was in between 2 LPA to 3.50 LPA. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Siemens, etc., visited the college for placements.
Placements: In 2018, about 60% of the batch got placed in an IT firm. Internships are offered to students in both on and off-campus drives. The college has a placement cell. A student got placed in a firm in Mumbai with a package of 7 LPA. The minimum package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like IBM, TCS, Infosys, etc., visited our campus to offer placements.
Placements: Our college holds a good reputation in the West UP region. Companies like IBM, TCS, etc., are mainly concerned for CS and IT department students. There are very few opportunities for mechanical and civil students, but some recruiters may visit the college to offer placements this year. We hope for the best. The average package is considered to be very low. The college provides opportunities for the students looking for their startups.
Placements: Placements in the college are below average. The main recruiters are IBM, Wipro, etc. Now, TCS has stopped visiting our college and recruits by CodeVita session. Approximately 100-150 students out of more than 400 got placed with the average salary package of 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Last year (2017), the lowest salary offered was approximately 2.0 LPA, and the highest was 3.5 LPA. The college provides the internships to the final year students. Some are unpaid, and some got the stipend around Rs. 5,00...
Placements: Placement is based upon the company personal test. Now there is no interaction between college & company so if you have a guts to clear the all test of company than placement occur otherwise placement will never be held by college. So if you thought that college will give you a job Than you are mistaken. College fees is very costly because from 2014 companies are not come in our college for placement. And fee of our college is increasing year by year.
Placements: Placement in the mechanical branch is very less. A very few core companies visit our college. If you are going to join Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, then be prepared to get your job off-campus. Getting a job in here is almost nil. Almost every student in the mechanical branch of our college has deviated towards GATE, CAT and SSC CGL. The placement of our senior batch according to my college is 70%, but from my point of view, it is about 20-25%. The average salary offered is abo...
Placements: Hi I am not from placement cell ofcourse but know pretty much about it. As I start writing I should make it clear that there is no placement for mechanical students but placements for student who are interested in programming and have good aptitude skills and better communication skills can easily get the placement in tcs which comes regularly for college placements last year that is 2016 being exceptional. Last year there is a job fair in college and those who needed and well prepared got the ...
Placements: The college focuses only on CS/IT/EC, and they are not focused on core branches like chemical etc. Mostly companies offered roles to the students for BPO. Only 6 students are placed in the chemical branch. The highest salary offered was Rs. 2,00,000/annum. 5% of the students got an internship from the college. There is a placement cell.
Placements: The placements in our college are not really good as they used to be in previous years. Approximately. 65% of the students were placed in 2016.1.25 LPA was the lowest package offered. 2 LPA and 8 LPA were the average and the highest package respectively. In the previous years, TCS company visited the campus but now mostly small companies like tech mahindra, Bharti airtel visit. Some students were also placed in the infosys and accenture. Roles like project development was given. Yes there is a p...
Placements: Companies like TCS and WIPRO do visit the college offering core jobs for Computer Science and Information Technology students. Most of the potential students do get placed, and they even take potential candidates from other branches as well. Apart from these, it is very rare that companies offering core jobs in other branches visit. Mostly pool campus is available for these and selection rate is quite minimal.
Placements: The placement of this department is not good. Some students got selected in non-core companies like TCS and Wipro. There is total ten placement out of 100 students. Average placement package was around 3 LPA. The college does not help in getting an internship. There is a placement cell, but it is not able to attract core companies for the students.
Placements: The placements offered are okay as compared to the other colleges in Meerut, but it's not the best as he shown when I got admission in the college. My senior said to me that he is not getting placement in the companies and the salary package is very low. So from my side, I will give 3 stars out of 5 of my college.
Placements: Only, very few seniors were placed. Nearly, about 20 percent of the students were placed. 2 to 5 lacs per annum salary was offered. Nearly, 60 to 65% students got the internship from my college. There is a placement cell in my college. There are many companies which visited my college like TCS, Wipro, HDFC Bank, etc.
Placements: This college used to be good 2, 3 years ago. A lot of companies come for placements like Wipro, TCS, UST Global, IBM and hire a decent number of people. 2017 batch graduates did not get good jobs as any of the MNCs mentioned above visited for campus recruitment. 2018 was just fine only Wipro visited the campus, and TCS came when off-campus drive happened in the college. Seeing the trend and analysing the market, jobs and IT. It is preferable to go to a prominent college than MIET, Meerut. I wo...
Placements: Placements are moderate here. Not every student gets selected. The percentage of selection is 30-40%. The highest salary offered was about 10 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2 lakhs per annum. The average package is 3 lakhs per annum. But, the preparation for the interview and selection tests of aptitude is well-provided.
Placements: The placements are really good for the engineering in computer science, IT, civil, and mechanical. Almost 90% of those are generally placed at major MNCs. Some companies blacklisted the college, but now everything is alright. The management of the college is inviting all major and leading organisations for the recruitment.
Placements: Major companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. do not visit for recruitment. Low CTC will be offered by other companies. 40% students are placed in 2016-17. Most of the students are offered the roles for sales and BPO. But posts for software testing, software developer, java developer, Android developer, phyton developer etc. are also offered.
In my four years of college, I have understood well how publicity can portrait something which is not worth at all to something as shiny as pure gold. Bad management, poor campus facilities, partiality among students by the faculty, very bad and demotivating hostel environment. As far as placements are concerned, yes you do get opportunities, no doubt. But you have to work all by yourself for that. Expect the least support from college, unless you are one of those who constantly wander round ab...
In terms of placements it is good for CS, IT and EC branch. In terms of classes it is required you to be punctual and attentive. You will get chances to participate in different cultural activities. College do have different committees like cultural, hostel, mess. Mess food is the thing which really needs to be improve and maintain.
