Had some reputation when I joined but not now.

Placements: 50% of students have been placed till now. The highest package is 10 lpa, the lowest package is 3 lpa, and the average package is 6 lpa. The top recruiting companies are Zoho, Accenture, Sabre, etc. 25% of students got internships at companies like Zoho. The top roles offered are software developer, software engineer, Associate Software engineer, quality tester, etc.

Review of Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.

Placements: Around 50-70% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Infosys and CTS were the top recruiting companies. Around 10% of students got internships in this course. Our college provided good machine shops and they were very useful for hands-on experience.

Our college is a heaven for students.

Placements: There will be more than 92% of students who have gotten placed. However, there is a slight lag this year. I strongly suggest that this college be solely for the benefit of the parents. Here, no more enjoyment or anything. I suggest joining the Computer Science group. These are all the top recruiters in our college, like Amazon, Zoho, TCS, CTS, and Wipro. Around 80% of students have gotten their internships during the 8th semester. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA and the highest salary package...

It is a good college with more focus on discipline academics and career growth.

Placements: Placements were good in this college. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Students without arrears can easily be placed on the campus. Almost 85% of students got placed. The top MNCs were HCL, CTS, and TCS. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA from a startup company Shopup, and students will get frequent placements visits from companies.

Review of Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.

Placements: Only IT and CSE students got placed, but mechanical and civil students are not placed. They got placed in some software companies. Infosys and CTS are the top recruitment companies. Internships are offered in only IT and CSE departments, and 80% of the students of CSE and IT got placed. Only 40% of the students of mechanical and civil departments got placements.

The campus environment is bad, and no real-world exposure is provided.

Placements: Only IT, CSE, and electrical students get placed easily in IT companies, but for civil and mechanical students, the placements are poor. Infosys and CTS are the top recruiters, but the mechanical and civil students get placed off-campus because they can go to Thiagaraja Engineering College for off-campus placements. It is difficult for them to compete with TCE students.

I am dissatisfied because of the rules and regulations.

Placements: The mechanical course related placements are few. Most of the mechanical students get placed in IT companies because they only visit our college to recruit students. Our college trains us from our second year in programming skills. About 40% of the students got placed in IT companies, and 10% of the students got selected in core jobs. About 30% of the students opt for higher studies. The rest of the students are not placed.

It is a good college for toppers.

Placements: Placements for our batch was good compared to senior batch. Almost 90% of students got placed from our batch. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,0000 per month. The highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month, and it depends on companies as well as our knowledge. Companies like CTS, Wipro, etc., visited our campus for placements. You should have a 75% aggregate to get an internship. The stipend offered for internships is Rs.15,000 to 20,000.

I didn't exaggerated anything.

Placements: Average placements like any tier 1 college. Mostly IT companies recruit in 100s, for core company you have to work little hard. Friendly placement officer, location maybe the only concern. Good placement training was given to students. No need to worry much.

The best college to gain knowledge.

Placements: Placements in Mepco are getting rapid attention as there is an assurance for at least 90% placement opportunities. Students doing well in academics get a chance of internship during their eighth semester. Placements are really exciting in Mepco. Students should be really talented to get placed within a few days of the beginning of the placement season. Placement training provided in our college is worth it.

Good infrastructure, great faculties, average placement records in 2018 and dissatisfied with rules.

Placements: Currently the placements in our college are a bit in a bad stage. Only the CSE and it students will get placed or the students with their skills. It companies are only coming for the recruitment. The average salary packages are good about 15 LPA for the students in the creamy layer but on the other side the packages do also goes much deep downer.

Really not worth for students who wants to improve their interpersonal skills.

Placements: For our department the placement was the worst comparing with last year, only 10 students are placed. Totally 20% students were placed. The highest salary was 3.6LPY and the lowest salary was 1.2LPY. The companies visited for our campus are L&T, infosys, CTS, hcl etc. ,80% students got internship from our college. The max stipend offered was 4000 during intern. In our college there is a placement cell.

This college is suitable for only study.

Placements: Don't expect 100% placements in civil department. In my senior batch there were 35 persons interested in placement in that 25 persons were placed. In my batch there were 50 students interested in placement but only 15 students were placed. Because in my batch students are not interested in IT company.

Good college with very strict rules.

Placements: In our batch, 40 percentage the students were placed and in my senior's batch, about 45 percentage students got placed in various companies. In our batch, many students got an internship in the last semester and the average stipend offered for the students were 1500 rupees. The companies like L&T, Jasper, Geo-tech, CTS, INFOSYS, etc. come for the placements. The students also get selected for site engineer, design engineer.

Placements: Regarding placements it was good. Mostly students on EEE, ECE, CS and IT got more placements percentage. And also total percentage increases from last year. Regarding salary the highest paid was 80k per month and low paid was 10k per month. Mostly trainee position was offered to every students. Some of them on development section.

Placements: Placements for our batch is less while comparing our senior batch. Only 27percent of students had been placed. Placements are guaranteed for IT, CSE and ECE department students. Placements: In our batch nearly 75% of students got placed. Previous batch placement percentage was higher when compared to us, as we attended placements during the time of recession. The highest salary was offered by voonik which is around 12l akhs per annum, mid range salary will be between 3 Lacs and 3.5 Lacs and the lowest salary was offered by some insurance company which is around 15k per month. The classes were worth it. They gave a good culture and discipline to the students.

Placements: I got placed in Tech Mahindra. But I didn't receive the call letter yet. The college tries hard to make all the eligible candidates get placed in a reputed company. It is in the hands of the students to get placed in a good company. Many companies go without taking any students. It is because of the interest the students show towards preparing for the placements. On the whole, if you get prepared well and equip yourself, you will surely be placed in any of the good companies coming to the colleg...

Satisfied. But the rules are not agreeable like we must not speak with girls and some other rules

Placements: Placements are fine and I got placed in Tech Mahindra. I was provided with a package of 3.5 lakhs. The placement officer was seriously involved in making the students placed in any company. Though there were not enough placements in coming periods, he was striving hard to make people placed. Since all the engineering colleges face the same situations, it is not a big deal. Students can get placements if they really perform well and are out of the box. Unless they work externally apart from the s...

Placements: The overall placement is good for our batch. Almost 90% of the students got placed. The package varied from 3L to 10.2L PA. Many service-based IT companies and few core companies visited our campus. We had off campus interviews also. Only a few companies offered an internship.
