For the students who are from Rajasthan, and want to pursue B.tech, MNIT is the 2nd best choice you can have after BITS Pilani. Since there are financial constraints on many students, it's almost impossible to join BITS, therefore leaving MNIT to be the no. 1 choice for Rajasthan domiciled students. However, the pay packages are not as lavishing as IIT's, but MNIT is surely better than those private colleges who fake their placements in the name of TCS/WIPRO training internships. The campus is b...

Malaviya National Institute of Technology, formerly known as Malaviya Regional Engineering College (MREC), is the best college among the other regional engineering colleges in Rajasthan. It has a huge infrastructure, good laboratories, and unfortunately, not so good faculties. It has 8 boys’ hostels and 4 girls’ hostels. Hostel and mess facilities are below average. Overall college is good with around 90% placements. The average package also varies from 4 to 7 lakh. If you are looking for a coll...

I got admission here in 2013. It was a best college in India. I got a huge support from my course faculty teachers. Also, here many students got placement every year. Finally I will say to take admission in this college was the best decision of my life. I enjoyed the course with my friends here. Teachers are so supportive as they teach us in detail.

The Good aspects are: The best in class newly developed Infrastructure. Classrooms and laboratories are well equipped. The Teaching Faculty Members are well qualified, but lack good teaching skills. Few Professors are exceptionally good. Faculty is helpful and always willing to help students in every possible manner. The system needs improvement. Totally 'Sarkaari' system. Placements are great for each department. Student Life is good in this college.

It's an institute of National importance, so joining MNIT Jaipur is a matter of pride for anyone. The campus is in the midst of the main city and hence it becomes convenient for students to reach out various facilities. Compared to last 3-4 years infrastructure has seen an exponential growth with excellent computer labs and lecture theaters. Talking about placements, CS tops the list any day and civil, metallurgy are on a lower side. Other branches report descent placements every year. Faculty o...

I am in the M. Tech course from MNIT JAIPUR in the Electronics and Communication branch. This college is good in the NIT rankings. If we consider studies in post-graduation course then it lacks in performance as compared to the under graduate course. In the Electronics and Communication stream most of the faculty members belongs to the optical field so if you have interest in the optical domain you can do a great work with the resources provided. The campus life is very good in the college, ther...

It is the best college in Rajasthan though the placement is not that good. But the college gives exposure to the student in teaching as well as in application aspect of the subject. Good faculty members with willingness to teach but system does not support restricting them not to change. Institute is working on its infrastructure in which it used to lag during last 4-5 years. Hostel facility is very bad. Overall it is the best college in Rajasthan.

MNIT Jaipur is one of the top NIT'S in India. It is also one of the finest engineering colleges in the country & manages to secure the same image in the top notch companies. The academics & education is also considerably good with experienced & learned faculty base. The placements are awesome (vast alumni base, level of students is good, city location, placement cell etc. factors). The campus is good & has a prime location. The only drawback was poor academic infrastructure & lousy administratio...

The facilities inside the campus are good enough and also not costly as per Jaipur city. The hostel life of students is quite good with Wi-Fi and other medical, sports facilities.
