Review of MIT Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Placements: About 20% of students are placed every year. The highest package is approximately INR 6LPA, the lowest package is approximately INR 2LPA, and the average package is approximately INR 3LPA. A company like Alstom is a top recruiter. Very few students got an internship from college. Many students got the role of GET in companies.

Our college has a good placement and infrastructure.

Placements: In the 2017-2021 batch, only 2 students got placements in the civil branch. Almost 10 % of students got placed from the civil branch. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Wipro, etc., visit the campus. Almost 40% of students got internships.

I am satisfied with this college because of good facilities and infrastructure .

Placements: In Muzaffarpur institute of technology only 10 to 20 percent of students are placed. The highest package of last year was 17 Lacs for a it branch student. Many students about 50 percent from mit got internships. Top recruiting companies are wipro, tata moters, Indian oil and prism cement.

It is a huge campus, with a huge library with all types of books and talented faculty members.

Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in this course. The highest package offered is 15 LPA in the year 2016 by PSU. The top recruiting companies are BHAI, TCS, Wipro etc. On average, 70% of students got placed in 2009 in the mechanical engineering department.

Placements are not good here.

Placements: There are no placements in MIT Muzaffarpur, so I have no idea about salary packages offered because none of our seniors got placed in campus selection. None of the students got an internship from our course. Top roles are not yet offered in our course.

It is a value for money college.

Placements: I don't know about placement as I am a 1st-year student. I have listened that the salary package offered to an IT student of 3rd year is 15 LPA. Every year many companies visit our college for campus placements, but on-campus placements are not enough. Most of the students are preparing for GATE exam.

Review of Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology.

Placements: At least 50-60% of the students get placed every year in the civil course. The highest salary package offered is 15.6 LPA. The civil branch is very good at our college. About 60-70% of the students from our course got an internship. Companies visit our college and conduct written tests and interviews to recruit students. Top recruiting companies like Prism Jhonson Cement, Magadh Steel, etc., visit our campus for placements.

IBM India hired 2 from the IT branch, and Prism Johnson Ltd hired 2 students from the CE branch. Satisfied with the low fee structure, good quality professors and students.

Placements: The college doesn't have good placements. Only two companies namely Go Speedy Go and Prism Cement visited the college for my batch. A total of 10-12 students were placed. The students are mainly focused on government jobs, so most of them do not prefer placements in private firms.

A review of my 4 years journey as an engineering student.

Placements: There is a good placement scope with an average package of 3-4 LPA. Especially the civil engineering is in a helpless condition from 2014. The scope of placement is gradually improved. In November 2015, Wipro came for a workshop and counselled for placements. Moreover, many students got placed in Wipro in pool campusing in NIT Patna organised by HRD state government.

If you missed NITs, IITs, and don't have enough money for private colleges, then only come here.

Placements: I will say that the companies come for selection, but only 10-15% of students are placed because all the students are interested in government jobs and get jobs in BARC, ISRO, and other PSUs. There is a craze for GATE and CAT exams. Many seniors are pursuing post-graduation degrees from top IITs and IIMs.

An average college. Take admission if you didn't get any other good college.

Placements: There is no such campus placement for average student. Only a few students managed to get campus placement, but if you have good grade in academics, then you can get off-campus placement. This year, 2017, only 2 students from my branch got placed. There is no internship programme here.

Experienced the unexpected.

Placements: In my college, only pharmacy students get campus placements and except this, very few companies come rarely. Last year, only one company came that is of civil. Students were shortlisted and only seven students get selected, but no one had joined. Rarely, every year, one or two companies visit. The placement is very bad which is equivalent to 0%.

There is a good campus life but not a developed infrastructure. There is a lack of laboratory, laboratory attend. There is only 7 working computer for laboratory with pirated operating system. There is also only four faculty members to teach the entire syllabus provided by university named aryabhaat knowledge university, Patna. There is communication gap between boys and girls and also with student and faculty members. This college is best for that aspirant whose ambition is different. And for ...

Dissatisfied because of placement, best value for money college .

Placements: Rs 3-4 LPA median salary, and a 15lpa the highest salary (off-campus). From a placement point of view, better to look for other options. TCS, Wipro, HCL and maybe other mass recruiter company comes. Bihar electric board also comes for recruitment. The lowest package was Rs 2 LPA about 40% placed only in IT and the ECE branch.
