Review of NEC - Nandha Engineering College.

Placements: 2016 to 2020 is perfect batch, and students from that batch got placed in many campus drives. The placement process is clear in our college. It is the best engineering college in Erode, and all the students must be disciplined and perfect here. All the department students communicate easily and maintain a friendly relationship.

My undergraduate experience with Nandha Engineering College.

Placements: They provide a minimum of 80% placements. The college brings good MNCs like HCL, Inautix, Wipro, TCS, Aspire Systems and several others. They initiate training from the third year and conduct mock interviews with the help of seniors and management. Developer, trainer, and technical support roles are offered.

I share my view about the college, and it is better to study here.

Placements: Here, the good placements are available on the campus. According to my thought, there is a few number of the placement opportunities in the large scale industries. The percentage of placed students is more than 70-85%. The highest salary package was Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest was Rs. 7,500 per month. The companies that visited our campus were HCL, Volvo, Tech Mahindra, etc. There is a placement cell on the campus, but on thought, I feel that there is no use of the placement cell.

Good infrastructure with moderate placements.

Placements: I think the placement was not as good as expected because they will only give you 3-4 MNCs and other than these, the rest are BPO companies. I advise you not to expect for a core company because they will never arrange anything like that. On coming to the final part, there will be a lot of partiality inside the placement cell so do not expect anything from them if you are not kind to them. Companies like Tech Mahindra and I-Gate are the MNCs which visit frequently once in a year. The highest sal...

Every facility is above average (neither bad nor great). Placements, infrastructure, etc.

Placements: Campus placements have been okay for past couple of years but not great. Of the companies visiting the college, at least 75% are IT and BPO companies. Students of all streams (IT, CSE, civil, mech, ECE, MBA, etc) get to attend interviews in those companies only. Core placements (civil and mech) are very poor and the salary packages offered by the companies are relatively low, except a few companies like Tech Mahindra and Capgemini which offer good CTC packages. At least 30% of the students got...

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members, and good placements in 2017.

Placements: We are attending placement in our college, but only a few members are placed. Just 10 members are going to the company because only they have call letter. Other placed students are not getting call letter.

Excellent infrastructure and placement.

Placements: In our college, placement department is very strong. Placement cell trains the students from the first year itself. And conducts mock interview from the beginning to eliminate fear and enhance English fluency. Students have enormous amount of time to get prepared for the interviews.

The faculty members of this college are main asset to the college, with comfortable lab and class room facilities. Canteen is awesome. To enlarge the knowledge of the students the college has central library as a knowledge park. This college being autonomous the students are given their preference to select a faculty of his choice, and through the innovation day the projects where submitted and best prize is awarded, There is also selfie contest to watch out for in the Facebook page.

The nature of the teaching is good so that we have extra knowledge about our subject. They also teach us in mark basis so we can have more percentage. They take a lot of tests and have seminar classes which decreases our stage fear and the hesitation to talk among others. The college should improve the laboratory facilities so that we can learn everything practically.

Teaching is good as the Staff Members gives us clear understanding about the concept, so that we can easily gain knowledge about the subject. Practical experience give us clear view about the components and their use. It makes us easy to do practical experiments. The usage of laboratory should be increased. The canteen facility should be improved and the area also should be extended.
