The brand college for commerce and economics.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 14 Lacs per annum. Many big recruiting companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, Axxela, and others have done recruitment. The median salary for this respective course was 5.3 Lacs per annum, and the average package provided is 6 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of this college are good. The classrooms have centralized air conditioning on each floor, and the smart boards are of good quality. The desks and benches are comfortable, which provides a good mood for the students to study. The ambience of the college is also good.
Faculty: The relationship between the faculty and the students is very calm, chill, and friendly. The faculty members use a variety of techniques to provide education, including conducting quizzes and games related to the topic to help students understand better.

Good placements. Absolutely love the infrastructure.
Placements: The placement cell of Narsee Monjee College is really very good. They offer us a monthly package of 80,000 just for the B.Com. course. I don't have any idea in details about which company and what are the criteria for getting that job, as I'm still studying in my 1st year, but I do know there are 3 grounds for interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing. It has centralized ACs. Good canteen and good faculty members are there. The cleaners over there are good. The canteen is okayish, I must say. But the surrounding area is filled with varieties of food shops, so it's very feasible for students.
Faculty: The curriculum under new education policy is good. The teachers are wise and thorough with what they are teaching. They are kind and helpful. NM is known for its discipline. Though the entrance is confusing, we are all waiting for the original building of NM.
Other: I chose this course because I want to do a professional course. And NM is known best for that.

Academically a great college, with good placements and strict 75% attendance.
Placements: Under this course, 50% of students receive placements. They can expect positions under management categories and even under CA firms to be filled by students. Students can receive a package of 4-5 lacs per annum. The companies highly prefer B.Com. courses done under Nm college over various other colleges; big MNC recruit students even companies like HDFC, Motilal Oswal, etc. We have recruited students from Narsee Monjee.
Infrastructure: They have a very good library system for students. They have a very big library on the college premises with large windows, creating a good environment for students to study in. Wi-Fi and a network are very hard to get here. Classrooms are also average, with proper seating. The game area is also very big and the playing kit is also available. They have places for indoor and outdoor sports too. Annual competitions are arranged by the sports committee and student council.
Faculty: Teachers are great but lack proper economics faculty; otherwise, all other subjects are covered by industry experts. Business management prof. Smitin is really great. The curriculum is more advanced than at Mumbai University, making it a bit difficult and even preparing for real-world industry experience. The recruitment committee helps us prepare for the interviews.
Other: The course was fun, as it also allowed me to participate in other events and committees. Being part of its main event, Umaag really helps build connectivity. The only thing is about the attendance being 75%. This made it difficult to manage event work and even the course. Overall, it was good.

NM provides with the best opportunities and exposure.
Placements: Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (NM) provides students with internships starting in their first year. NM is one of the most popular colleges in India, so internships and placements are given high priority. The average package for NM graduates is around 6 lakhs or higher, and top recruiters are always looking for NM graduates.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully air-conditioned and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is strong and accessible to all students, along with a student email account. The washrooms are clean and odor-free, and the canteen is hygienic with freshly prepared food.
Faculty: There are two semester exams and two or three internal exams. The exams are easy to clear, and the teachers are willing to help us. There are also some class activities that are important for getting a good grade. If we attend lectures regularly, we should have no problems.
Other: I chose B.Com because it provides a comprehensive overview of commerce and industry. However, I wish there were fewer class activities because they require regular attendance. On the plus side, the college hosts frequent fests and events, and the student body is diverse and supportive.

NM College: great faculty, great crowd, terribly strict attendance rules .
Placements: Almost 90% students are placed in NM College, that pay an average package of ?900000 per annum. The highest package was ?1500000 per annum and the lowest was around ?600000. The eligibility criteria for placement cell are quite high and hence, not every student can participate. However, the Training and Placement Cell of the college helps in placement.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, the college is centrally air-conditioned, and there is a library that has a constant supply of vital books as well as research papers. The classrooms are sufficiently large to accommodate at least 125 students per class. However, the class strength seldom goes beyond 100.
Faculty: The exams are quite difficult, making 8+ SGPA (on a 10-pointer scale) very rare. The professors are some of the best professionals with ample experience. The curriculum is designed based on the contemporary requirements of the industry, and the exams and assignments are based on real-time research work.

Academically inclined college, great exposure and opportunities. NO CAMPUS LIFE, STRICT ATTENDANCE.
Placements: Top notch placements, almost 80% of the students get placed. Students can expect a package of 5-6 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, etc. I don't know much about the roles offered as I'm a first-year student. Internships are not offered on the campus; you would have to look for them on your own.
Infrastructure: No hostel facility is available here, like most of the colleges in Mumbai. The building is shared with Bhagubai College. Classrooms are clean and pristine and are air-conditioned. The canteen food is not good at all. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, and poor sports facilities are there.
Faculty: The exams are really tough, and even an 8 CGPA is considered good. The teachers are really helpful and guide the students diligently. The program is in accordance with the latest curriculum. The student has to pass both the internals and semester-end exams individually. If you fail in exams, then you will have to appear in exams.
Other: I chose the B.Com course as it gives an overview of all the commerce subjects. Events and fests are held throughout the year; however, this year Umang was cancelled due to some issue. Departments are there for various student interests. The attendance criteria is 75%, which is very strict, so if you are a CA student, think twice before taking admission here.

Q:   Can I get Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, BMS with 88% in CUET?

A:

According to the web search results, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (NMCCE) offers a BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course and not BBA. For admission in BMS course, you must have a minimum of 45% in your class 12th . You must also qualify the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate admissions.
The CUET score is normalized by using the equipercentile method, which compares your raw score to the scores of other candidates in the same session . You can use the following formula to convert your raw score into percentile:
CUET percentile calculator = (Number of candidates who scored equal to or lower than your raw score / Total number of test takers) * 100
The cutoff marks for BMS at NMCCE depend on the merit list declared by the college, which is based on your class 12th marks and CUET score . The cutoff marks vary for different categories of candidates. Based on the previous year's analysis, the cutoff marks for BMS at NMCCE for the General category candidates was 96%.
Based on this information, it seems that your chances of getting admission in BMS at NMCCE with 88% in CUET are low, as the cutoff marks are much higher than your score. However, you may want to check the official website of the college for the latest updates on the admission process and cutoff marks . I hope this helps. ????
