I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: We are pursuing BSCIT right now. We will be graduating next year. The earlier batches were offered a good number of placements. One of the top recruiting companies is Accenture. About 50% of the students were recruited. The top roles can be coder or digital.
Infrastructure: The college has a Wi-Fi facility and many laboratories. The classrooms are huge, spacious, and have air conditioners. The library is small, but the room where we sit to study is spacious and quiet. All the rooms have air conditioners. The canteen is okay and the bhel puri is good.
Faculty: Teachers are somehow helpful. One of the teachers who teaches maths is our favourite mentor to date. The quality is good enough. The curriculum is also relevant. It is easy to understand and prepares us for the current world. The exams are slightly difficult. One should get a GPA of more than 6.
Other: I am more interested in coding and I love exploring all things digital. Hence, I took BSCIT. It would be better if there were more animation, story-wise, and interactive sessions. The campus life is good.

Review of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.
Placements: This college is the worst college ever. They conduct lectures for 9 without a proper lunch break, and you have to attend them compulsory. Placements are not that good. The package offered is 4 LPA. The college is not recommended. It's better to take any normal college.
Infrastructure: There are no sports and games. The canteen is bad. The faculty are bad. The canteen never has any food listed in the menu, and the quality is poor. There is no encouragement for sports. All they want us to do is study. The library is okay, and Wi-Fi never works.
Faculty: The subjects taught are useless and have absolutely no use in future. In the name of autonomous, they teach all the outdated portion which is a pure waste of time and money. Exams are tough, and the faculty will never give full marks.
Other: Lots of events are held here.

I would recommend joining this college.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is nearly 8.4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.85 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, and Infosys. Almost 70% of the students got internships in companies like Jio and TCS. Top role is related to developing.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are amazing. You can enjoy campus life. Wi-Fi is mainly available in the college canteen and in the library. There is no network issue in college. Labs are full of essential things to do experiments. Classrooms are normal, but our library is excellent.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful but not in the exam hall. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and I ensure you it makes students ready for industrial work. As it's B.Sc., if you have prepared very well for any entrance exam like JEE NEET, then it is easy.
Other: I opted for this course because it is only for 3 years and is affordable.

I have a satisfactory experience here.
Placements: Roles like web developer, PHP developer, net developer, Java developer, software developer, web designer, C and C+ developer, business analyst, sales executive, marketing executive, market research analyst, human resource executive and financial advisory are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has an excellent infrastructure. The college is located in Mumbai prime location and good ambience. The canteen is good. The college is fully air-conditioned. The campus has 3 to 4 colleges all around here. Students can participate in the intra-college fest. There is gymkhana in order to do sports activities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are average. Exams are of average level, and the grading system is average. Teachers are satisfactory. The main focus is on self-development and behaviour. Some teachers are very talented, and they help students to do real-life projects.
Other: The largest fest named Umang is organised here. The campus crowd is very good. The college has a history of scholars.

The college is the best in placements and teaching staff.
Placements: They have great placements. The companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Delloite visit the campus for interviews. There offer both internships and scholarships. We also heard from our seniors that this is one of the best colleges in Mumbai for placements and job interviews. Most of the students get campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is the best in whole Mumbai because of its name and brand. Also, the classrooms are neat and tidy with A/Cs as well as fans are provided in every classroom. The Wi-Fi facility is also available for education purpose. A doctor is also there for emergency cases as well as normal cases such as fever or a headache. Sports are given good importance in this college.
Faculty: The teachers here as the name suggest are branded as well as qualified from various big institutes. Some staffs are students of Narsee Monjee College or the most famous NMIMS. The teachers mostly use projectors, videos, and PPTs to teach the students in a graphical way rather intense way.

Q:   Can I get into Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics with 70%?

A:

It is very difficult to get into Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (NM College) with 70%. NM College is one of the top commerce and management colleges in India, and its cut-offs are very high.

In 2022-23, the cut-off for the BBA programme at NM College was 92-95%. The cut-offs for other programs are also very high.

However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of getting into NM College with 70%:

  • Score high in the CUET. The CUET is the main entrance exam for admission to NM College. If you score high in the CUET, you will have a better chance of getting admission even if your class 12th percentage is low.
  • Apply for the reserved category seats. If you belong to a reserved category, such as OBC, SC, or ST, you will have a better chance of getting admission to NM College with a lower percentage.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities. NM College also considers extracurricular activities when selecting students for admission. If you have participated in any extracurricular activities, such as sports, debates, or social work, be sure to mention them in your application form.
