NIFT Bangalore is an excellent institution.
Placements: In my Masters of Fashion Management MFM batch at NIFT Bangalore, about 85% students were successfully placed. The highest package offered was around 12 Lacs per annum, while the lowest was around 4 Lacs per annum, with a package of around 7 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting firms include Titan, Fabindia, Fossil and HiDesign. About 70% of students got internships with companies like Tommy Hilfiger, Louis Vuitton and Michael Kors. Roles range from accessory designers to product developers and merchandisers.
Infrastructure: NIFT Bangalore offers excellent infrastructure for accessory design courses. The department has modern labs, spacious classrooms and a well-equipped library with relevant resources. Wi-Fi connectivity has high-speed throughout the campus. Hostel facilities are satisfactory with clean accommodation and adequate facilities. Messes and canteens provide decent quality food and medical facilities are readily available on campus. It is one of the best colleges to study.
Placements: There are almost 100% placements. There were some issues during placement days, but eventually, most of my senior batchmates were placed in good companies with a minimum package of 5 LPA. The college assists in getting the internships as well in some reputed companies. The college placement cell helps you choose a good company of our choice, rather than being bombarded with random small companies.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge with all facilities like amphitheatre, auditorium and huge resource centre. The college is ideally located in HSR layout, which is a good residential area. The college also has Wi-Fi all over the campus. There is Coffee Day on the campus. The college has well-equipped textile labs and workshops. It also has a basketball court, badminton court and a volleyball court. The hostel rooms are good enough and are newly constructed.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive. They can be approached with any doubts. They are highly knowledgeable with years of experience in the same field. The college also takes us to many industrial visits and market visits. It gives you a very good exposure. The curriculum is good enough to meet the industry standards.
Other: The college also hosts various cultural fests throughout the year. The campus crowd is really good. It has a mixture of people from almost all the states of the country. It is easy to find accommodation near the college as it is a good residential area. There is police patroling 24 hrs, and there are no problems of safety at all.

You can. Apply for CEED next year and prepare for the exam and give your best. If you score good enough then you can take admission in NIFT. If that isn't available then there are also several other good colleges available too.
