Placements: Not many students got placed this year because the pandemic has affected the industry very adversely. Everyone got an internship, and students did their graduation projects successfully. I feel there should be a placements council in the college, which consists of some students as well.
Placements: Accessories design is a versatile department, offering various paths to its students. Students from the accessories design department from NIFT are placed into various industries such as fashion accessories, retail, product, industrial design, jewellery, styling, etc.
Placements: The highest percentage of student placed is 60% The highest package offered was 1000000, the lowest package offered was 400000 and the average package was 5000000. Jio. The percentage of student got internship is 100 percentage. Top roles offered was graphic design.
Placements: I would say around 40% of the students got placed, the highest was around 9.5 and the lowest around 4, Top recruiters being Reliance and Arvind groups, famous publishing houses. Major roles being graphic design and marketing. Since FC covers wide area, it has really good scope in most of the companies.
Placements: NIFT provides better placements in the fashion industry than any other fashion institute. However, in the previous year, the placement percentage went down drastically to around 30% only. College says that this was because many students got offers through pre-placement outside and some didn't attend for placements for reasons like pursuing higher studies or some planned to open a start-up their own. Among the recruiting company, most of them were start-ups and emerging brand and hardly any popul...
Placements: NIFT Delhi has a100% placement record. Although the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Many companies provide overseas opportunities, and also every student gets an opportunity to showcase their talent in front of companies. NIFT Delhi has been ranked as the best fashion institute in India.
Placements: In the national institute of fashion technology, college placement was too good. My senior batch got the highest package in this college. 18lakh is the highest, and the lowest is 8 Lacs. Companies like Nike, Zara, reebok etc. Role like manufacturing and designing 100% of students got an internship in college.
Placements: Our college has the worst placements ever. I heard it since the past 3-4 years, but this time, when I happened to attend the placements, it was a nightmare. Not that students didn't get placed, it's just that we weren't satisfied with the pay they offered. It was humiliating as we have shed our sets and blood for 4 complete years ruining our sleep, and then we get a pay which isn't worth our talent.
Placements: I am already a x-NIFTian before joining for MFM in NIFT, Delhi. Placement of my batch was 100 % which mean whoever were willing to do job got it easily and few of my classmates went on to become successful entrepreneurs. The highest package of my UG course from NIFT was 5 Lacs per annum, average was 3 Lacs and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs. Export House, Retail Brands and Buying Houses visited our college. Role offered to student were mostly merchandiser in export house and VM in Mutli Brand Retail Ho...
Placements: The placements were really bad in the year 2017 ( specifically for Textile Design students). The scenario was so bad that after the wait of 2 days just a single company arrived to hire T. D. Students (just 2). Students were annoyed and frustrated. It was a wait not worth.
Placements: The placements were average but better than our seniors. The highest package was 35k and the lowest was 18k-20k per month. Design houses like Pankaj and Nidhi, Group indigo visited the campus. Export houses like Orient craft and Cheer sagar also visited. The roles offered to the students were as Assistant designer and Merchandisers. 65% approximately got internship from college but mostly were unpaid. Yes there was a specific group of students managing the placements.
Placements: Placements for the different courses highly appreciable. There is 100 percent placement from the campus, None of the students are held helpless. NIFT has offered the ambitious students with all their dreams come true. Companies from different states with a higher potential come for the placements. The average salary goes around 3-4 lacs per annum.
Placements: Education in NIFT guarantees a good career ahead. Depending on the specialisation, there are several companies willing to hire you. Internships and jobs are very easily available. There are very good, namely companies willing to hire you on CAMPUS placements.
Placements: NIFT Delhi has a whopping placement rate of 100%! However, the average package has been lingering around 4-6 l. p. a. (as of placements 2017). The highest salary offered was 20l. P. a. Companies like Arvind Mills, Raymonds, Fabindia, Madurai Garments, Pearl Global, Orient Craft etc. Visited the campus for the placements. The college also ensures internship for the students at the end of 4th and 6th semester.
Placements: Placements here are good, as per industry standard than any other NIFT, it gives you a platform for your hardwork. Off campus approach is also encouraged by the faculty, as they have the contact of most industry people. A lot of bigshot companies come here along with many designers, who personally come to see your work and select a few candidates. (Like Sabyasachi).
Placements: Here you will get chance to work with all fashion brands and export houses as merchandising, marketing, product development and industrial engineering. Here, 85 to 90 percent placements will be on-campus with an average package of Rs. 5.5 to 6 LPA. The highest is 16 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Here, 100 percent of students got their internships. Some of the brands that come here are the Must Garments, GAP, Raymond, pantaloons, future group, Rich, orient craft, etc.
Placements: The college has tie-ups with a lot of companies from the garment industry. The students, especially from NIFT Delhi, get jobs very easily in the industry. Industrial projects are given to the students which give students an upper hand in getting jobs. The college also helps students in getting jobs other than the placements.
Placements: The overall placement scenario is good. A large number of retailers, fashion companies, merchants and online retailers as well as designing companies visit every year. Average package has boosted now and reached about 5 lakhs per annum and the highest was 8 lakhs per annum. Almost everyone above the average level got internships and placements easily here.
Placements: The placements are pretty good at NIFT. The packages range from 3.5 to 35 lakhs. The placements are centralised i.e you get to appear for all the centre placements be it Delhi or Mumbai or Bangalore, irrespective of your campus location! Every student gets equal opportunities to showcase their talent in front of companies. Many companies give you overseas opportunities. The SIPs and GP internships too are facilitated in the college!
