Our college has good infrastructure, decent placements, food facility, cultural events, and others.

Infrastructure: As we all know, the college was built a long time ago, but its infrastructure is still quite good and sufficient for the students studying here. As a wise man once said the infrastructure does not matter, what truly counts is the skills and eagerness to learn.

Review of National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.

Infrastructure: Facilities- Wi-Fi is available in hostels and CSE department also it has a good range. The hostels for the first year students are not at all good. They are 4 sharing which makes it really difficult to study as there is no reading room also and the in-time is very less so you cant go to library also. For the 2nd-4th year girls, hostel is good. The mess food is good. Library conditions are not at all good. In one side of the library even fan is not there, which makes it really difficult to study ...

Consider this option only if you have genuine concerns.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is acceptable, but it lags in one aspect for Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Technology students. The computers in the computer lab are quite old, and their hardware properties do not align with the current technology. Some labs still operate on Windows 7, and even Windows XP can be found in a few labs. Additionally, some installed Windows are not activated, presenting a cringe-worthy scenario. The overall construction of the college is decent, bu...

Overall worth the fees. College with decent placement.

Infrastructure: The hostels are newly constructed and have good facilities. Each room has a LAN connection, and each corridor has Wi-Fi routers, which ensures high-speed internet. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned and have smart boards and projectors. The library has good seating, so students can study even late at night. The college has its own medical facilities that are available 24 hours a day. Ambulances are also available in case of emergencies. The college focuses on sports, so there are numerous ...

Experience at NITJ as a first year student.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, as all the classrooms are AC and very neat and clean. There is problem with Wi-Fi as it will not work in your classrooms I don't know the reason; even most mobile networks are also not available in classes. Again, the reason is unknown for me till now. I am in BH1 hostel, and the infrastructure and facilities of Wi-Fi, mess, and sports are good. There is a computer room, sports room, badminton, and volleyball court within the hostel itself.

Average placements and teachers and good hostels.

Infrastructure: The hostel's infrastructure is very good. Currently, my hostel is BH1. It has great food, but the washrooms are not up to par. Classrooms are good, fully AC, but not up to the mark; it can be better. Also, most importantly, it doesn't have its own building. But it has a very good library.

I would definitely recommend to join this college. This is an NIT so you know what are the perks.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available on the college campus, in classrooms, and in libraries. There are reading rooms too on the campus. Classrooms and labs are up-to-date and clean as well. Hostel rooms are good enough, with lush green campus surroundings. There is also a dispensary on the college campus. A gym and a gymnasium, both are there.

Review of Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our institute is good. They do offer Wi-Fi facilities, which is around 60 mbps speed. Classrooms are well-equipped with smart boards, projectors and ACs. The institute has one central library where you can get books and two reading buildings where we can take our own study material for reading. The institute provides us with every type of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The food in our hostel is average and has hygiene issues.

%age placement is very nice. Campus life is decent. Hostel rooms are 4-seater; it's a negative point

Infrastructure: In the first year, 4-seater and 2-seater rooms are available, and the 4-seater rooms are comparatively better. Wi-Fi and LAN Wi-Fi are available. The canteen, medical facility, and sports facilities are very good. Overall, everything is well, but from the hostel point of view, I am also disappointed because the rooms are 4-seater, making it tough to adjust with four people in one room.

Better than expectations.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is really good in the hostel. I personally have never faced any problem regarding net speed, and 15 GB is more than enough for a day for me. Labs are also good, always clean and tidy, and almost all equipment is working and in good condition. Centralized ACs are present in classrooms, and the lecture desk has a working mic. The new library is the best place I have been so far. Maybe that's why there's a bit of a rush there many times despite it being a three-story building. I ...
