Absolutely dissatisfied.

Placements: My college is best for aeronautics and applied science. 70% of students are placed by campus placement. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Boeing, Airbus, Hindustan Aeronautics, and other MNC companies. 30% of students got internships with government and private companies. Major roles are CFD engineer, designer, etc.

Good Placements and Good faculty members.

Placements: More than 70% percentage of students are placed in my class. If you have enough skills, you will be placed in a good company. Do 4 to 5 internships and workshops. Grow your skills. If you have 75% percentage marks, you will definitely be placed in a good company, with about 3 to 4 LPA.

Good faculty members and good infrastructure.

Placements: If you don't have any arrears, you will definitely be placed in a company. If you score more than 75%, you will be placed in reputed companies. Many seniors have been placed in reputed companies like Paytm, Byjus, etc. Faculty members are helpful in placements and also refer to good companies.

I am dissatisfied with the placements in 2021 but good environment and infrastructure.

Placements: The placement in the college is average. About 40% of students are recruited every year. About 15 to 20 core companies are available. You can get a job if there is no rear history. The lowest salary package available is 2 LPA. The highest salary package available is 12 LPA.

This is a good college, and students can study here.

Placements: Students are expecting more placements in our college. The placements offered are not sufficient for students. Students will be happy when they give more placements. The companies are good but there are many top companies hiring freshers who better try them.

Good college with good atmosphere and infrastructure.

Placements: Placement training is given to the students. Few students have been selected for Amazon. Most of them go for higher studies. Overall placements of college are somewhat okay. Separate coaching is given for placement training. Training is conducted once a week for 3rd and final-year students.

Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology is a good place to study.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Students with good scores and additional skills can get placed with a minimum package of 2.5 LPA, even if they have backlogs. The college has a placement cell called NCPIR - Nehru College Placement and Industry Relations.

Students give the Statement or review for all semester and the management take action on that.

Placements: Good placements for my senior batch. Above 60 % students are placed. Above 20000 and below 3.5 lac salary offered. All over India companies and especially mostly Tamil Nadu companies visited my campus. 75% students got internship from college.8000 -12000 stipend offered during internship. Yes placements cell are very well trained person giving the training and the placement training team to search to individual Person weakness and to clear the weakness for that person.

Overall, it is a good environment for your growth, and you will get self motivated.

Placements: There are placements for all the students, but the salary package is very less which makes the students not to attend the interviews. No bigger companies visiting the college, but sure, the salary will be Rs.10,000 monthly. The support is given by the college to students who wish to get placed during studies, but many companies are of BPO profiles that irritates the students. There is a special placement cell for training but charges too much for that. The core companies are less in number, and ...

The college has good infrastructure and friendly professors, but academics are up to you.

Placements: The college has a placement cell named NCPR, and they are doing a good job to get the students placed. Most of the IT companies are coming for recruitment and hardly core companies for EEE. Amazon and Zoho deliver good packages, and most of the students are placed in IBM too. If you are good with your quantitative and vocabulary skills, then you will get easily placed, and the college is surely making an effort to make the students get placed. Since Nehru Arts and Science College is there, the p...

The best teachers, well-equipped labs, great location, needs improvement in placements.

Placements: The placements for the department of aeronautical engineering are not good. Mostly BPOs visit the campus. The salary offered is not good and usually ranges in between Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 10,000 per month. The companies like Amazon and Tech Mahindra visit the campus which is not suitable for the aeronautical engineering students. My college has an average placement record of 75%. In general, the companies related to aeronautical don't visit the campus. The college has a placement cell which guides ...

Placements: There is very good placement on the campus. Leading companies visit for picking talented ones. The campus also has a placement training cell known as NCP&IR, Nehru corporate placement and industrial relations which makes a student capable of all placement drives.

The college has good infrastructure but the hostels are bad.

Placements: There are more enough tie-ups with the companies to get placed in a sophisticated company with your low CGPA. NCPR team in that college will help us to gain an corporate level knowledge from the first year. So, the placement is great in this college than other in the surrounding area.

Good atmosphere and climate, bad quality of teaching, do not expect much.

Placements: We have a placement cell in our college. But for mechanical engineering, the placements are less. The maximum salary bagged from placement was Rs. 30,000 for a mech student. Many small-scale companies and some core companies, mainly from Coimbatore, are visiting our college. The number of students getting placements in mechanical engineering is minimal.

The college is average and it depends on the interest of the individual.

Placements: They will tell you about the companies but the companies won't come. You will only find some BPOs coming and they are not interested in male candidates. They college will train for the companies if the companies give the job description in advance. They will train for the aptitude, GD, etc.

One of the above average colleges which is highly suited only for an aeronautical engineer.

Placements: Nearly 20% of students got placed but not in their core field, especially in my department. But they will provide the placement training. Maximum students remain unemployed, but the students are efficiently trained by them. In the 2015 batch, 18 students got placed in the campus interview in the reputed company, but they haven't got the call letter yet.

Placements: Placement drive was conducted by the college efficiently, but the students were not much skilled for the jobs. Out of many, students with proper communication and subject knowledge were placed in good companies. But still, almost 80% of the total strength was placed. The major recruitment happened for BPO industry, but could have been better if students were skilled and regular. At least 50% of the students were indulged in internships! The main were from EEE and CSE branches. ...

I had started my journey towards this college from Rajapalayam, but many of my contemporaries are not from such backgrounds and we don't know what “Mechatronics” is. The students are not made aware of all the emerging technologies through the basics taught by our mentors. They did not teach things with in-depth knowledge and that made me fascinated towards electronics based automation and control. Though I am not academically sound, this college hasn't given me enough space and facility to devel...
