The faculty has bookish knowledge, but they need to learn to be teachers for sure.

Placements: They tend to provide 90% of placements usually. But the catch is, all the small registered companies come in for the Placement Drives, such as Toyota, Topsel, and other smaller units. TCS did come in for placements but was offering a package worth 18,000 in hand per month.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the lack of a college campus and the old syllabus.

Placements: The placement percentage is very poor at our college. They showcase off-campus placements as on-campus placements just to attract students. Only TCS and WIPRO, like mass recruiters, come here. Internship opportunities are very rare unless you crack them on your own through online courses.

Review of NETAJI SUBHASH ENGINEERING college.

Placements: The exact placement details are unknown to me. At our college, the highest package offered off-campus was 42 LPA, while the lowest package ranged around 3–4 LPA. Prominent recruiters include TSC, Amazon, Conzicto, and others. It appears that only a few students secured internships. However, in your final year, you have the opportunity to secure a placement based on your own skills.

One of the best private colleges of Kolkata.

Placements: Talented individuals are encouraged to apply. Our college is visited by a variety of companies, including core, software, and marketing. Infosys, Wipro, Byju, Adani, HPL, and others are examples. Internships that improve your abilities and recurrent events such as Arduino workshops, the internet of things, and so on. There are numerous possibilities.

Not a good option from my personal experience.

Placements: 1 student out of 60 students got a placement in a company. Very few company comes for interview. Placement is also not guaranteed. They are not concerned with students education life. During this pandemic time when everyone had their problem at their home, college just wanted everyone to pay their fees otherwise they were not allowing students to sit for the exams.

I suggest you do not take admission in the core branch.

Placements: Only 20% of the students from our course got placed. Seals and below-average crore companies visit our college for the placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA by Byjus. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. Top core companies do not visit our college for placements. Top companies like TCS, CTS, DTDC, etc., visit our college for placements. This year, none of the students from our course got an internship.

It is an average college because of the faculty, infrastructure, and placements.

Placements: Almost 25% of the students are placed in electrical engineering. Overall almost 60% of the students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. TCS is the top recruiter. Software development engineer is the top role offered. Almost 2% of the students from electrical engineering got internships in Reliance, Byju's, Vedanta, Manikaran, etc.

Quite disappointed by faculty, Not so good placement. Please don't come in mechanical.

Placements: Very few students are placed from mechanical branch. Only 2 students got 9.5 Lacs package. 7-8 % students are placed last year. Avarage salary offered is about 2.5-3 Lacs. There is a placement cell. But I don't know if they help very much. If you want to intern, college might help you. I don't know much about internship.

Do not study engineering in private colleges.

Placements: Placements for CSE, IT, ECE are good but for other branch like in Civil and Mechanical it is the worst. If I calculate then overall placement is more than 50% but less than 60%. The highest paid salary is 8 or 9 Lacs pa. while the lowest is 1 or1.5 Lacs pa. and the average salary is 3 Lacs pa. 80% company are IT company, 2-3% are core company, while the rest are sales company. Even ECE branch has to choose IT company because there is no choice, as no electronics are coming. As per my knowledge ...

NSEC college is okay for a degree, but not for good career.

Placements: The average CTC offered is about 3.2 LPA, and it is offered by TCS. The highest goes up to 8 LPA. There are better placement opportunities in our college. It's a TCS or IT job dominated college. Hectic marketing jobs like Byju's, Johnson offered 6 LPA to about eight students of IT and CSE.

Not satisfied because of poor infrastruce;doesn't have canteen, Wi-Fi, and hostel.

Placements: I am a 3rd year student of ECE branch. The placements of CSE IT and ECE branch was good when I was in first year. Around 90% students were placed. But this year only 45-50% got placed. The only mass recruiter is TCS which offer 3.2 Lacs per annum. The college make internship for all students. There is a placement cell. It helps us regarding placement.

With all due respect I am not satisfied with this college, teachers are pathetic. Money grabber.

Placements: As our college is renowned, the placement was expected to be good. Although as a civil engineering student in our batch, I must say it was disappointing. We have a placement cell which not managed well. There were only very few recruiters who visited our college most of them did not even belong to our trade.

Good college for IT dependent. But not for civil trade.

Placements: There are not good placements for civil engineering students. But others stream like computer science, IT, electronics and telecommunications students are placed. In civil engineering department, only one core company visited the college, i.e. KMC construction limited. Only 15% students were placed.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of no placements.

Placements: There were no such placements for our Civil Engineers. There are no core company there, only some IT companies, which is don't belongs to our trade. So, we the students are not at all interested in that IT sector job. It does not give us satisfaction. So the placement in our college was a void one.

It is not a good college in Kolkata.

Placements: Don't expect to get placed in any company other than TCS from the college. The placement of this college is not at all good. This year, the placement was too bad. The placement of the senior batch was good, but not great as about 60% of the students got placed, but the package was not good.

Good, but it is not for engineering.

Placements: The college has very bad placements as none has got placed in the civil branch. Other streams were average. The CSE, IT, and ECE placements are good in this college, but for civil, mechanical, and electrical, this college is the worst, very disappointing. The average package for the placed student is 3.2 LPA.

Really dissatisfied because no core placement was offered.

Placements: There was no such placement for us in the college as no core company has visited the college, so the placement for us, civil engineering students, was very bad. We studied all the four years, but they did not get at least one core company placement for us. We were very much hopeful at the time of final year to get at least a core company placement, but no placements were there in the college.

Good place for getting drunk and high, nothing much else.

Placements: The placements for core engineering streams is very bad. If you have studied civil or mechanical or electrical expecting to get into TCS, then this college is okay. About 10% of civil engineering students got placement from the college, and no student got any internships. The placement department is so ***, and have heard of the AMCAT exams. I got to know about it after, I completed my course and left the college. We had to strike and fight so that they would bring companies in the college, but ...

A below average college for core streams like civil, mechanical and electrical.

Placements: The placement scenario for civil engineering department is horrible. From our senior batches, around 5-10 people would be placed, but this year so far, only one student has been placed, that too in TCS, an IT firm. There is no particular core company which comes to the college for campus recruitment. The students have to go to Techno India, Salt Lake campus for pool campusing. The training and placement cell is really callous and does not give required attention to the core departments. They are...
