A review of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College And Hospital.

Infrastructure: There are over 10 different buildings housing the different departments. The labs in every department are well equipped as well as well furnished and mordernized. We also have a central library covering an area of 4000 square meters, which can hold over 400 students at a time. Every room is fully air conditioned. Apart from these, we have a playground, a couple of badminton courts, a table tennis room and many more places where we can refresh ourselves as well as practice our hobbies. We also ha...

Infrastructure: The departments are well-equipped, and the laboratories are coordinated for various diagnostic work. The library is well-equipped with plenty of books, and borrowing books from the library is easy and swift. The canteen offers pocket-friendly prices with good food, and the departments are well-planned for coordination with others.

One of the best medical colleges in West Bengal.

Infrastructure: Since it is a government hospital, infrastructure is not as good as in private hospitals, but everything necessary to become a good doctor is available. Specially there are dedicated buildings for most of the departments, which are only present in the top 4-5 medical colleges in West Bengal. There is a football field present with a floodlight, and it is the biggest ground in any government medical college. Also, in view of cultural activities, there are cultural festivals held every year and c...

NRS saviour of poor India .

Infrastructure: Library and theory classrooms are well developed. Practical equipments are also good but these colleges are still following the old school technical machines and equipments so some new developed machines are not present for practical but it's enough for studies. NRS have a playground of its own.

The college is average college in terms of faculty members and infrastructure.

Infrastructure: The relative infrastructure is good. Hostels are good but there is a little bit of lack of cleanliness. Wi-Fi is available on college premises. The food served in this college is okay. I am a vegetarian so I have little difficulty but if you are a nonvegetarian, you will face very few difficulties. You can order food or go to nearby market places for eating.

Getting admission to this college is definitely worth it.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure with a huge area and a huge boundary. Our lecture theatres are large. Our practical classes are done with a lot of concentration. If you get enough good marks in NEET and can hold a good rank, then this college is for you.

Our college is the best in terms of faculty members, infrastructure and placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good here. Our college has a huge lecture theatre hall, auditorium and central library with more than 30 computers for online resources to medical students. There is an adequate number of labs for every paraclinical subject, well-equipped wards for practical demonstration and a huge playground for inter-college sports and games.

It is one of the best government medical colleges in West Bengal.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average since it has a government-funded facility. The hostel is decent and fun-filled too. Apart from academics, our college organises one of the largest fests in East India. Our college has the largest library in a medical college in West Bengal.

I am satisfied with faculty members and infrastructure of the college.

Infrastructure: The college has a total of 19 departments, and each department has its own lecture theatre, demo rooms and practical rooms, which are air-conditioned. Central library facility is also provided for free of cost, and low-cost canteen facility is available along with hostel canteen.

Review of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital.

Infrastructure: Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital is one of the oldest and reputed institutions of the bygone eras. Our college has still maintained infrastructure with the latest style classrooms, labs and library. Our college provides the hostel, unlike other medical colleges, and it has all the hostels within the campus. The hostels are equipped with modern amenities. However, there is no air-conditioned facility in the hostel, unlike several private counterparts. The mess and canteen served grea...

Our college has a really good infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available for only special works of the respective departments. Classrooms have air-conditioning facilities, and teachers teach through PowerPoint presentations, usual board chalk method and smartboard method. The library is very much modernised. There are two zones, i.e., one is a usual study zone, while the other one is a core study zone. The hostel is neat, clean and well decorated and has a Wi-Fi facility, TV and study rooms. There are two to one canteens in every hostel bu...

Great faculty and hospital unit, but a bit dissatisfied with the infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi although present isn't available at all locations. The Library is centrally air conditioned and has a capacity of nearly 200 students at a time. It's the biggest library amongst all the medical Colleges of West Bengal. All the Classrooms are quite big and most of the them are air conditioned, and there are projectors and screens in every room. The practical labs are somewhat old in nature but are full of all forms of facilities, can house 80 students at a time. Seating arrangements are ade...
