At the time of the counselling they must bring a certificate in original from the Principal of their Institute certifying that. Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programmes are eligible only if they acquired such qualifications as working professionals / while in employment. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate must have passed 10th standard examination or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Only candidates who currently reside in the state of Jharkhand as a local resident or permanent resident will be eligible. There is no minimum or maximum age limit.
