NIT AGARTALA one of the precious memory for life.

Placements: I was in 2017 batch Of electrical engineering during my final year. The placement was decent during this year with most of the students placed by the end of the year. The top students got placed in the 4 to 11 LPA package. The placement was better in the year 2016 with top students placed in PSUs as well like HPCL, BPCL.

Keeping aside the geographic constraints, our college has good greenery and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in NIT Agartala are pretty good. Core companies and PSUs visit the campus to conduct placements, but the packages offered by companies at NIT Agartala are not as reputed as other premier institutes. Every year, the placement statistics are getting better.

It is better than the best and the only NIT college preferred in Northeast region.

Placements: Placements were pretty good for the year 2017-18 as many of the well-reputed core companies like L&T ECC, L&T Heavy Engineering and L&T Telecom visited the campus for placements. They offered a wide range of packages ranging from 3.50 - 21 LPA. The overall placement percentage is around 62% in which ECE and CSE top the list.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure. Since 2015, the placements are good.

Placements: In our college, the placements are the best for electronics and communication engineering department, electrical engineering department, mechanical engineering department, production engineering department, computer engineering department, and civil engineering department. The capacity of civil seats is maximum that is 180, and the other branch maximum seats are 90, but the packages and placements were good for the civil engineering department.

Good infrastructure, decent placements.

Placements: The placement percentage is decent, maximum of the students get placed. Placement of Computer Science is very good that goes about 7 LPA on average. Placement of ECE is also decent 85% student get placed. Other department placement are fair enough, if one has good pointer person is gonna placed. Yes there is a placement cell. Companies like Tata, HCL, wipro, power grid, Indian oil, reliance power, etc. Visited the campus.

Nice college but only as a last option after silchar.

Placements: There is a placement cell with student T&P coordinators which do a great job and have shown very commendable results. Many companies including Oracle, Yodlee, Reliance Industries, Reliance Jio, Tata motors, FIAT, TVS, Tata Power, Wipro, etc. Visited the campus from August 17 to April 18. Some of the PSUs (NTPC, BPCL, BEL) also visited our campus. 80% of the students were placed from CSE department, 75% from ECE, Placements from other branches was lower, nearly 50% combined. I would rate 3 out of 5 because of the faculty, but not because of infrastructure.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are not much good. But 70% to 80% of the students from electrical engineering got placed this year. The highest package offered was approximately 14-18 lacs per annum, and the average was 3-5 lacs per annum. Almost 50% to 60% of the students got internships from the college. There is a placement cell in our college which is useful for the students.

Averagely satisfied. Value for money, good infrastructure but little poor faculty members.

Placements: Many companies offer good packages to the students. Oracle, Wipro, Intel, Infosys, Microsoft, Google, etc., visit the campus for the placements. The placements are getting better day by day. Probably, they will be better in the upcoming future, and the placements for CSE/EC/ME has always been good. The placements for electrical/civil are a bit poor.

Placement was best in 2015. About 92% students were placed.

Placements: In civil engineering, the placement is average. The core company L&T is coming, and other IT companies are also coming for placements. Out of 160, 80 to 90 students get placed. It is an environment-friendly campus. Many companies visit our college. The package provided is average, it was 4.5 LPA.

This NIT is good for B.Tech aspirants.

Placements: 200% of the placements are there for the computer science, electronics and communication branch yearly. Samsung, MuSigma, Infosys, TCS and many other companies visit our college. L&T company visits especially for civil, mechanical and electrical engineering aspirants. PSUs like PowerGrid visited for placement during 2013-14, especially for electrical and civil engineering students. 3.85 LPA is the minimum salary, and 4.7 LPA is the average salary which is offered till 2014. It is the best a student can get.

Placements: The campus placements are not too welcoming, while a lot of companies do offer jobs to a large number of students. The package offered is also not up to the mark. Almost 75% to 80% students got job offers. Also, there are placement cells, which are very helpful in providing students with the right direction other than campus placement.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are fair enough and not excellent, but one who has criteria in 10/12/Graduation/PG with 6.0 pointer or more will be placed in a reputed company with some efforts in languages like C, Java and data structure. The companies like Polaris, Infosys and IBM, are main companies for placements of MCA students.

Extracurricular activities and sports are the most amazing things I observed in this college.

Placements: The department of mechanical engineering and computer science are the most placed departments. If you are skilled, then no one is going to stop you here, in this college. Pointer and coding are the best ways to get placed here. Overall, the college will give you positive results.

There is a great room for education and employment if you look around carefully.

Placements: There is no specific company, which visits the college mainly for this branch. The students are eligible to appear in the placement offers of some IT companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc. The data analyst position is offered to the students, and they provide you with the programming well. The atmosphere is average for the applied mathematics research.

Placements: Placements are good and focused on the computer science and IT sector. The core companies are not good at the recruitment at all in all the institute. This year about 80% got placed, and the companies like IBM, Infosys, CGI, Wipro, Vedanta, Tata have visited us. Placements: The placement is good, but there is a scope for improvement, especially, for the core sector. The core companies need to be invited more. Options should be provided for the department toppers. Alumni strength must be put into use rightly for the further improvement of the placement. The faculty members should also help.

Placements: If we talk about the placement of NIT Agartala, then it is not good, but we are very happy about the infrastructure of NIT Agartala. In core branches, approximately the highest package is 11 LPA and the average package of 4 LPA, and in non-core branches, there is the highest of 19 LPA and the average package of 5 LPA.
