* Placement Scenario: The placement scenario at NIT Calicut is considered good, with around 75% of students from the mechanical, electronics, and IT departments getting placements. The average salary package offered ranges from INR6 LPA to INR10 LPA, with the highest package reaching up to INR22 LPA.
* Efforts of Placement Cell: The placement cell at NIT Calicut has been making efforts to increase the number of placements, with a focus on inviting more companies to the campus. This year, the placement cell worked efficiently, resulting in an increased number of placements, with nearly 80% of students getting placed.
