Absolutely dissatisfied with our college.

Placements: Every year, the placement rate of the college is very poor. The college provides placements in BPOs or some small sale companies just to maintain their placement statistics. Some multinational companies visit the campus, but the recruitment ratio was around 1:100. We go to college to learn something new and to have technical knowledge. These institutions will waste your four years. If you get a placement, just question yourself what you have learnt from the past four years.

Narula Institute of Technology means pure businesses. Take admission only when you are confident.

Placements: Placements in our college are very poor for all the departments. Especially in the civil engineering department, only 20 students got placed out of 153 students. For the earlier batch, i.e. 2016-17 batch, placements were very poor. Now, this college is autonomous, and the curriculum runs according to the management. Before taking admission in this college, we should think about our future and then take decisions.

Overall review of college.

Placements: The placement in our years was pretty good. Lots of company came but most of them were not so renowned. Every month approximately 4 companies used to come in our last year. I got placed in ITC infotech. Other famous companies were tech mahindra, capegemini etc.

The college is good but not the best. If no partiality is shown, then the faculty friendly.

Placements: The placements in this college aren't sure. In our college, 45% of the students got placed through on-campus placements. Previously, the placements were good, but this year, for my senior batch, it is very bad. The companies that visit our college aren't hiring students. Except the Cognizant, no big companies have visited for placements in our college.

I think no one refers my college nowadays.

Placements: According to me, from 5-6 years, my college has given no placements to the core engineering subjects and who got placed by the college have faced many problems such as not getting proper salaries, some not giving joining letter and some of them being fake. So, this is the present situation. Now there is no need to go to my college for studies as there will be no opportunity for the application of jobs here.

It's an autonomous college now, so it takes time to take admission here.

Placements: The placements are average as many students get jobs from off-campus placements. Companies don't recruit in huge numbers. They take less than 15 students in one recruitment. They should also bring companies that recruit students who have got less than 60% marks in either 10th or 12th. So, every student gets a placement.

If you want to ruin your career this college is for you.

Placements: Not up to the mark at all. They are not providing good placements for years now. Only 10-20 people out of 60 in IT got placed in good companies like TCS, Infosys, etc. which is a very bad ratio as per my opinion and it is the same for CSE and other departments. They arrange same placements for both IT and CSE students and there is hardly any company visiting for civil and mechanical students. Placements is a mess. The highest package is around 4.5 LPA and let's not discuss about the lowest. Some...

The placement cell can better, labs can be a bit more equipped, better canteen food is expected.

Placements: Placement quality was very poor as only one or two credible names had volunteered for campusing, selecting a handful of candidates, whereas students in most colleges get placed in lots in reputed firms. Thus far, maybe only 20% total students have landed jobs. The minimum that is being paid is probably 15k per month. The college had a reputation of good campusing in its earlier years, and this is something that people tend to believe even now while going for college choices. ...
