Now the college is Gerat, and giving a good placement .

Faculty: The faculty at Narula Institute of Technology is qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive, often assisting students beyond classroom hours. The teaching quality is good, with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The curriculum is industry-relevant, regularly updated to meet market demands, and includes skill development initiatives. Semester exams are moderate challenging, requiring consistent preparation, but the pass percentage is typically high, around 85-90%, as s...

I'm satisfied with the college life till now.

Faculty: Yes, the faculty and teachers here are helpful and knowledgeable. They have nice experience in teaching, with some of them having 20+ years of experience. The course curriculum is good for students, and it will help them in the future too. Semester exams are easy if someone practices thoroughly from the first day of studying. The pass percentage is 40 percent.

Overall teachers are good, infrastructure is small and placement is average.

Faculty: There are around 40 faculty members in our department. They are very helpful and supportive, and they are very friendly with students. They have the potential to make good engineers. Every teacher has very good knowledge of what they teach in the class.

I am really satisfied with my college; there is a great opportunity.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful; they guide every student based on their performance. Yes, the course can make a student properly industry-ready. The semester exams are not hard too if you study. Overall, students get passed, but many of them get back (supply).

College placement is overall good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to all the students. All faculty members have Ph.D. degrees and are fully experienced. The passing criteria is a minimum of 5 SGPA per semester. The curriculum is relevant for everyone. Seniors are also good. Students are also ready for industrial work.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college.

Faculty: Very less cooperative faculty with a bad exam curriculum. Faculty members don't share any notice properly. Doesn't approve internships, even though UGC encourages them. We were forced to give good reviews. The Wi-Fi was slow and was barely limited to some classes.

The Institution is Great but Extremely Dissatisfied with Placement of BBA for the 2018-2021 Batch.

Faculty: The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various engineering disciplines as well as courses in management. Narula Institute of Technology has a dedicated placement cell that helps students secure internships and job placements. While the placement rates can vary by department and year, the quality of the faculty can also vary. However, many teachers at Narula Institute of Technology have relevant industry experience and academic qualifications. The institute encourages par...

Overall a good college to take admission.

Faculty: Some teachers are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help you. But one thing, about some teachers, is that they are using 70% Bengali and 30% English, but they are helping you when you ask them to help you. If you are from outside W.B., you have to face this in college.

Overall, decent college with average placement but never depend on the college.

Faculty: The faculty are very supportive and qualified. When we go for any doubt, they love to solve it, and they provide suggestions and study materials for the semester exam. The exam questions mostly came from that suggestion. They have the potential to make good engineers.

College have good campus life and placement opportunities.

Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. They are always ready to solve our doubts, and phone numbers of teachers are available in our college WhatsApp group. There are multiple events, seminars, and webinars in our college that help students get industry-ready.

Good college with a very small campus, but don't keep your expectations high!

Faculty: Not all teachers, but some are really supportive and helpful. The teaching quality again is good only for some teachers. You need to repeatedly keep reminding most of the teachers that they need to teach in Hindi/English, as they often switch to Bengali while teaching. The semester exams are not at all tough and are easy to pass/score good marks in by simply referring to past year papers. The course curriculum is relevant only after the 1st year.

Hard work is important not should not depend on college.

Faculty: A maximum number of teachers are helpful. When you go for a doubt, teachers love their doubt to solve. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams are 70% difficult. Teachers share study notes and every study material. It's more helpful for semester exams. The course does not make students industry-ready.

This is an average private college.

Faculty: Exams are conducted on time, and since it is autonomous, the syllabus is precise and shorter compared to other universities. Results are also declared promptly. The exam environment is positive, encouraging better preparation. Teachers are supportive and helpful.

As a batch member of NIT-2026, I am very proud.

Faculty: The faculty is very nice and good with us. They help the students a lot. Adding to that, the exams are also very well organized, and there are so much opportunities for the students as well as the faculty members to publish research papers and get exciting rewards.

A good college with average placement and other facilities.

Faculty: The teachers were generally helpful and qualified, with a few exceptions. The course curriculum was mostly relevant, but the textbooks were heavily outdated. The exams were standard, but since the college is autonomous, the faculty members set the question papers, and the exam questions mostly came from the suggestions given in class.
