Absolutely happy with NIT Warangal in all aspects.
Placements: If you are in NIT, you do not need to worry about placement. Our cell is very dedicated towards student support 100% of the students in our batch get job in reputed MNC. Dassault system, Capgemini, Tata technologies, Mercedes-Benz, MG Motors, etc. 3 students placed in vinfasf Vietnam. Package depend on company and role; the average package offered was 9 LPA. Roles are different many designs and tire simulations.
Infrastructure: The college campus is spread over 250 acres. It is a beautiful campus. Lift gets a problem, and several power cuts distrub the student. The college library has AC, and a and a lot of books, journals, and study material are available. The seminar hall has a speaker and AC. The college is lacking in sports facilities; even sports kits are not available. In hostels, we do not have AC, no theatre for hot water, and sometimes washrooms are not clean. Mess only provides South Indian food, only vegetarian, no non-vegetarian food is cooked.
Faculty: The college faculty is very experienced; they have passion for teaching; they do not like a 9-to-5 job. Teachers have masters and doctorates from NITs and IITs. College security is a little rushed towards students, and they disrespect us. The college schedule is very hectic, and strict rules are applied to boys and girls. I think the course curriculum is really good, given the in-depth understanding and core concept of machine design. We have 3 minors and 1 main exam; all exams have credit. Minors are easy due to the smaller syllabus, but majors have many marks and are very hard.
Other: NIT is a brand every individual has a dream to complete a Masters from; there is no way to choose another college over NIT.

East or west my NIT is best.
Placements: 82% of student got placed in my batch with a the highest package of 42 Lacs. That was in tech sector and the lowest package was 6 Lacs per annum. Many student got placed in Dr Reddy as chemical scientist. But majority of the students got placed in as data entry operator.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Classes will be well equips with projector and sound system. A central library is there. Mess is quite good Medical facilities are available in the campus only there is good government medical near by. Sports complex is there almost all sports facilities are there ranging from badminton to cricket.
Faculty: Faculty members are well experienced and majority of them are Ph.D. from best iits of India. They try to deliver their best. Course curriculum is relevant and day by day the placement of this college is increasing. Semester exams are tough as compared to the nera by colleges like NIT py and NIT Andhra Pradesh.
Other: I took this course because I wanted to be a chemical engineer and setup my own company as there is a lot of scope in medicine selling. Fwst is well organised and during fest they decorate the college like paradise. Tou will get a lot of scope to participate in concurricular activities.

The college is well-known for its placements and infrastructure.
Placements: 80% of students are placed in the PED branch, 2019-21 batch. The highest package was around 15 LPA, the lowest is 4.5 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are GE, Intel, Qualcomm, and Microsoft. In my batch, 30% of students got internships from Microsoft, Dell, GE etc. The top roles offered in my course were many software and hardware-related improvement skill workshops they conducted.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure are good. The library and department were very nice except M.Tech classroom hall. Food was very nice and hygienic in canteen and mess. Medical, sports and games facilities are good. The sports facilities like basketball, volleyball, football, and badminton are very good, but a swimming pool is not there.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and good. The teaching quality is overall nice. The course is relevant. Hopefully, it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams were tough and strict, but for hard-working students, this is not an issue. The pass percentage was 100%.
Other: I chose this college because I like this college, and the best thing about my course was studies. The placement percentage needs to be improved. Overall, the events, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, and scholarships were very good.

For M.Tech, placements are poor, but for B.Tech, this college is highly recommended.
Placements: About 3 students got placed out of 15 students from our course. The highest salary package offered to them was 8 LPA, which was offered by a non-core company named Byju's. Other students got placed in Volvo and Eicher with a salary package of 6.5 LPA. About 5 students got internships, but only one student got PPO. We didn't get any core companies, and students who got jobs also got placed with non-technical positions. I suggest you don't keep hopes on placements.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are clean and neat here. In the first year, one room is allocated to two students, so there is much space. Cupboards are also available, and the LAN facility is available. But there is no Wi-Fi facility. However, a digital library is available, and there is one of the hugest libraries. Lab facilities are good.
Faculty: There is an attendance criterion here. You have to fulfil 80% attendance criteria in every class. Many research projects are done, which are offered by ARCI, BHEL, etc. You can easily pass the semester exams, but it is a little bit difficult to get a high CGPA because it is competitive.
Other: You don't get bored throughout the course due to Dj nights and fests organised here. Due to the pandemic, we didn't have many fests, but Time Square gave us many memories.

I liked the course, and the placements were very good in this college.
Placements: Placements in M.Tech are average as compared to B.Tech. In 2019, around 60-70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered in our department is around 43 LPA. Our entire first year was online, so I wasn't able to access any sources of information. Almost every company comes to the college to recruit students. Based on our course, we got companies like IBM, JP Morgan, HCL, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, etc. Internships and placements aren't finished yet, but maybe 20% of the students got internships in our course.
Infrastructure: I have joined in the batch 2020-2022. Still, I think the facilities are very good, and the infrastructure is also awesome. Recently a real aeroplane has been placed on the campus for display purposes.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They teach very well, but a few of them are not well. Most of our courses are research-based in M.Tech. Professors try to get the knowledge from the research papers and include it in the curriculum for the most updated. The course curriculum is relevant so students can be industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because it was more related to cybersecurity, and I wanted to be a network security engineer. Maybe some courses weren't relevant, but still, they were included in the course.

M.Tech. in Automobile Engineering - Batch of 2020
    3.8
    4Placements4Infrastructure3Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Our college is good, but it is costly than other NITs.
Placements: The placement record for the M.Tech automobile branch is good than other engineering branches. The highest salary package offered in 2020 was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA. Companies like Valeo, Cummins, Tata, General Motors, etc., visit here. A disadvantage of the automobile engineering course is it is not up to the mark in today's automobile industry.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good for other branches, but for the mechanical branch, it is very poor as the building is too old. Labs are good, but Wi-Fi is not available on the campus. The best place on the college premises is the library, which is very good and situated in the center of the college. Classrooms are up to the mark as it has a projector and a green board.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and knowledgeable. There is a problem in the mechanical engineering department that not a single teacher is going to help you in any circumstances. Teachers here do not understand students' feelings. The automobile engineering curriculum is way too old according to today's industries.
Other: I have chosen the automobile course because I am much interested in this course. The best thing about this course is that whatever you learn, you can easily visualise, and you can also see in day-to-day life. I think NITW introduces some new subjects to courses like electric vehicles, machine learning, IoT, etc. Events, fests and campus crowd are way too good than other colleges. Many extracurricular activities are also organised.
