No body recruits from college, based on percentage in entire MBBS course, students are allowed to work as House staffs. 100% students, as in MBBS internship is mandatory. All the sryden get to work as interns in North Bengal Medical College and Hospitals. After inte...

Overall a great college, with unmatched placements and good facilities.

Placements: The placement percentage of MBBS passed out students is almost 100%. The package offered depends on the placement hospital of the person. E.g. students who choose to work in our college-associated hospital receive a state government-regulated salary of around Rs.63000 per month. Whereas students who choose to work in private nursing homes/hospitals receive a pay of Rs 200-300 per hour. Most students get placed in the college-associated hospital, others go to nearby hospitals like Desun Hospital,...

The infrastructure in our college is very bad, hostels are just overcrowded, and not hygienic.

Placements: Our college offers good courses like MBBS, BDS, nursing, and PG. The need for medical practitioners is increasing every passing minute, so each and every graduate from a medical college is working or has been placed. As for the average package, it varies where you practise.

The highest stipend offered is about Rs. 24,000 per month in a government college like ours. There is no question of placements in our course.

A salary of Rs 28000-30000 is given to the interns who have completed their 4.5 years of course. 3. There are no recruiting companies as such in MBBS. 4.
