Our college offers a good career for girls.

Placements: As it is a government medical college, every student here is placed at a private nursing home first with an average salary package of 2 LPA until they get the government registration and are placed in government hospitals. The top role offered is staff nurse.

Very good clinical exposure, environment, academics and faculties and extracurricular activities

Placements: As it is MBBS course there is 100% placement in internship after completing final year with reasonably good stipend of around 29-30 thousand rupees which is higher than other states of India. After completing internship and getting your registration no one can join as House staff/ House surgeon in the same college and hospital and get the salary around 45-46k or else you can join any nursing home which can give you Rs:200-350/- per hour. North Bengal Medical College is one of the oldest medical...

A good-looking college with a big campus, tourable places, and strong unity.

Placements: Actually, in the MBBS course, no placement is required, All are taking doctorate degrees after the MBBS course. After an internship, 100% of students are scholars. The amount is fixed for salary, nowadays that is Rs.29500. They either prepare for postgraduate or go to house staff with PG preparation. They can join a government hospital or nursing home or can practice in clinics.

Review of North Bengal Medical College, Darjeeling.

Placements: In the 2019 batch, around 200 MBBS students are admitted through merit in NEET UG. There are 30 seats for AIQ and 170 seats are for the state quota. In internships, around Rs 30,000 stipend is given. All the students who pass the final examination get to do internships in this college hospital itself.

Overall a great college, with unmatched placements and good facilities.

Placements: The placement percentage of MBBS passed out students is almost 100%. The package offered depends on the placement hospital of the person. E.g. students who choose to work in our college-associated hospital receive a state government-regulated salary of around Rs.63000 per month. Whereas students who choose to work in private nursing homes/hospitals receive a pay of Rs 200-300 per hour. Most students get placed in the college-associated hospital, others go to nearby hospitals like Desun Hospital,...

I am satisfied with this college because it is one of the best medical colleges.

Placements: In this college, placements were excellent. They provide the best hospitality and care. On this campus, students can avail a whole package of any kind of hospitality. Everything in this college was aided by the government so it was costing free.
