Placements: Placements in our college were good. At our time, 6-7 companies visited our college for placements. In our department, almost 30% of students got placed. The salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Companies like HCL, Wipro, Hyma Plates, Vessels private limited, L&T visited our campus for placements. In my point of view, the college campus is awesome.

Placements: Placements are not that much good in Orissa Engineering College. Our seniors faced many problems regarding placements. Mostly 20-25 students got placed from 400 students. The college reputation is decreasing day by day.

Placements: The best part of our college is placements because our college gives almost 90% placement every year and the package is also very good and big companies like tcs, mindtree recruit students in large numbers and almost 80 percent student got internship from college and also our college have a separate placement cell.

Placements: I didn't get placed through campus placements, but placements in the college were okay. Companies like TCS, Zycus, Mind Tree, Tech Mahindra, etc., visited our campus for placements. Most of the companies offered voice process roles. The minimum placement percentage of any batch was almost 60%. Placements completely depend on IT companies, otherwise, the college will provide a lot of opportunities to get into BPO profiles.

Some of the seniors of our batch have been placed while others are preparing for competitive exams Almost all the students do internship or summer or winter training in different organisations or colleges where some get a stipend while some not. Placements: The placement department is not that effective as it was earlier. But the placements are good in terms of number compared to most of the other colleges in Bhubaneswar. TCS is the major recruiter for most of the colleges in Bhubaneswar region including OEC. It is a fact that if any student missed the opportunity to get placed in TCS, there are very few chances to get placed in the campus placements because other companies don't hire in bulk. Placements: Placements in the college are good. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Mindtree and many more visit the campus to hire the students. The placement cell got some trained faculty members. They are always there to help the students. The classrooms are very good. On every Saturday and Sunday, there are weekend classes.

Placements: My college is the first private college in Orissa. Placements in the college are good. About 60% of the students got placed at my time, and still, the placements are going on with a good percentage. Here, faculty members are outstanding. Laboratories are fantastic. For me, my college is the best.
