Placements: Students from the mechanical engineering stream cannot expect placements from this college. The companies that visit for placements are related to software and information science stream. Core companies hardly visit; maybe 1 or 2 companies might visit. The college placement department is not that well developed for mechanical engineering stream.
My college was located at a very good location. The education is good in the college but the teaching method needs to be improved and good books need to be provided here. The placements are not up to the mark and good companies are not coming for the recruitments. The mechanical department is good in the college with good laboratories and staff members' culture, but the placements need to be improved in the mechanical stream.
