The placements in 2017 were good. The infrastructure is also good.

Placements: Many companies are available for placements. There is a huge intake of students. There is a nice coordination with TPO. There are supportive staff in TPO cell. Many opportunities are provided for the students to showcase their talent and add achievements to their resume. Students get many chances to appear for the placements. Various facilities are also provided by the TPO cell, by arranging training sessions to improve the interview related knowledge.

The college has improvement in providing quality based knowledge for students bright future.

Placements: There was a legal case going on college because of which the placement percent has been drastically reduced since 2 years as compared to other college's percent of placement. Still the placement unit of the college is trying harder and bringing pool campuses for the students to get placed.

Good placements in 2016 and the best college of engineering.

Placements: The placements in the college are still going on and are extremely good. The highest salary package till now is 4-5 LPA, and about 70 percent of the students are placed till date from the past two years. All kind of IT companies like TCS, Capgemini, Just dial, Evergreen and much more for the internship, we have to do it form outsource.

Pretty much satisfied. Good staff with better knowledge.

Placements: A decent number of placements are held in here. Mostly Zensar company comes every year for the selection. In about 100 candidates, a minimum of 10 members are selected. The salary offered varies from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 according to the capacity of the candidates. Students selected must have criteria of 7.2 pointer average from the 2nd year.

If you want good faculty who are having good teaching experience, then this college is the best.

Placements: The placement department in our college is quite good. They have given many placement opportunities by different companies. On an average 30% of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered is between 5 LPA to 6 LPA. The lowest package offered is of 2 LPA. The college does not offer the internship.

Good college for fun loving and students interested in sports. Satisfactory faculty and placements.

Placements: One can easily say that the percentage of the placements offered was quite low in our batch. My senior batch had a good placement percentage. 27 students were placed into TCS and 24 in Capgemini. In my batch, only one student from was placed in TCS. The major companies visit to hire the students are TCS and Capgemini only. Also, other good companies do visit L&T, Infosys, Zycus, Amazon, etc. but they hardly hire anyone. In my batch, the placement team was poor. All the companies which visit the ...

The college has good infrastructure, experienced faculty, and also a beautiful campus.

Placements: Lots of companies are visiting my college for the placements. From them, some companies have their criteria for a job, and some companies have no criteria for their jobs. Approximately, 50-60% of the students are placed in the companies. The minimum salary offered was in the range of 1.8 to 4.5 LPA.

It is just an average engineering college.

Placements: The placements of this college are average. Not many students got placed. Most of the companies which visit are IT companies. Almost no company for the core branches like electronics, electronics and telecommunication visit here for placements. The average salary offered is about 3.5 lacs per annum which I think is low.

Hidden behind the gate is the world of Narnia and so is the PVPP, which is a beauty.

Placements: I guess the colleges need to understand that TCS is not a dream company nor a god. Overall, the placements are good. An average salary provided is Rs. 3 LPA. There must also be more companies and startups as well visiting for the campus placement. Other than the software and IT companies, other field related companies must also visit here.

An average engineering college.

Placements: There are no good placements. Last year, only 13 students were placed which is bad as compared to others. But, it is improving a bit day by day. The placement cell must be improved. The students take admission to learn and get jobs with a good salary. There are very few well-known companies.

A bit unstable but in growing stage.

Placements: In our batch, the placements offered were above average. Around 60+% of the students got placed. The package was ranging from 2.2-4.5 lacs per annum depending upon the capacity of the student. Our next batch gets the big opportunity. Amazon web services visited, and they offered a package of 11 lacs per annum. Even there was huge pool campus organised by the college that year.

The college should provide good sports teacher and invite every student to sports.

Placements: The placements offered by the college are excellent compared to other colleges. The companies come to campus are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Emphasys, IBM, Sutherland, Tech Mahindra, Soft Solutions, and many more. The highest package offered is Rs. 800000 per annum. The college does not provide internships opportunities for the students, but my department HoD is very experienced and popular. He helps the student to do internships in many companies.

It is a good college located at a very nice place and well-maintained.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is very nice, and a lot of fairs and seminars are conducted by the TPO cell. They also offer a wide range of additional courses. They help the students to get good internships and jobs from the campus. Various companies like TCS, Infotec, Wipro, Accenture Mirraw, Amazon, Snapdeal, etc. come here for the placement drives.

Good infrastructure, good faculty, no placements in 2008

Placements: No placement for 2008 IT batch. Due to the market downfall, there was an impact in placements. The TPO tried his best but no company visited the campus. No internships. Marine engineering was well-planned and had a good scope. Almost no placements in 2008. A few marketing companies visited like India Infoline but engineering student did show much interest in marketing jobs.

A good institute to be a part of

Placements: We had decent placements during our time. The big IT giant TCS picked up some 60-70 odd students then. We also had a few SEO companies coming in. NSC IT and Nomura were the top paymasters then. But even the ones who were not placed eventually did well in their respective careers.

They have everything but no implementation

Placements: The placements were good but not enough. From our batch and my division 30 students got placed in various companies. On an average, 60% students usually get placed in companies. The lowest salary offered is around 2 LPA and the highest is 4 LPA. Companies which visited the campus are TCS, Capgemini, IGATE and some startup firms. From our college, nobody got an internship in any company.

Good and visionary telecom faculty.

Placements: Placements were there. TCS, Accenture, L&T like companies came for campus placements. All companies were from the IT background. The highest salary offered to my batchmate was 4.2 LPA. The percentage approximately lied between 30%-40% as the total strength at my time was around 300 including all departments. No internship was provided. You need to find it by yourself.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement was average. Approximately 35-40% students got placed. The average package was 3 lakhs. Companies like TCS, LNT, Ariston Capital, Syntel, etc. visited the campus. Companies like TCS offered the role of an assistant system engineer to the students. None of the students got an internship from the college but the college suggested a few companies for the internship to the students. The stipend was depended on the company in which the student was doing an internship. ...

The location is a big plus for the college, along with a big airy ground.

Placements: Major IT recruiters come to the campus, mainly TCS and L&T, while Tech Mahindra and Capgemini had arranged a pool campus. Many small recruiters also show up, like Briefcase or XL Dynamics (finance). The placement is average. A drive was held last year for Amazon. The students mostly don't fit in the criteria so the college is not to be blamed. The TPO puts efforts to bring in companies.

360-degree review of PVPPCOE

Placements: Placements are average with very few companies coming to the campus for placements. Most of the students are not placed with the maximum package being of 3.5 LPA. The average package is about 3 LPA. If you join this college, apply for employment opportunities offline during the final year as it is a hit and miss type scenario. Companies like TCS, I-Gate, L&T and Convonix came to the campus. Only 30-40% students of my batch got placed with nil or very few internship opportunities. ...
