It was a satisfying experience with Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil College of Engineering.

Placements: The placements are decent. Fair placements for computer and IT department. For electronics, the students need to know coding and they can get into IT firms. The college doesn't give a guarantee of placements. Very few companies come and hence, the students should be able to find jobs on their own also.

Placements and infrastructure is good but faculty knowledge is poor.

Placements: Placements are good. A lot of companies come in the campus and also the college gives all updates of pool campus drives in the city. Training is also given by the college on how to face aptitude tests and interviews. In the batch of 2016, 80% of the students were placed. Companies like Capgemini, Amazon, Naukri.com, Seclore, Gajsheild Infotech, etc visited the campus and pool campus drives of TCS, JustDial, Soft.com were visited by college students. The highest package for 2017 batch was 11 LPA ...

PVPPCOE: One of the best colleges but has several cons too.

Placements: Companies visit PVPPCOE at regular intervals and pool campus is the famous one. Mostly 60% of the students get placed from PVPPCOE. Apart from that, here at PVPPCOE, major companies like Quanox, Jio, etc. recruit the students. The salary offered to the students usually range between 2 to 6 lacs. Students are offered the post of junior engineer, etc. To be frank, the college hardly offers any internship.

Absolutely satisfied with this college. It was a great experience to study here.

Placements: The IT and computer students have a great scope to get placed because most of the companies that visit are from IT or computer field. There are a few companies who visit for recruiting for EXTC students but you should have a minimum 60% aggregate. So you just need to consistently score 60% in all the semesters. So placement-wise the college is good.

The worst experience with faculty and placements.

Placements: The placement was average. It was good for IT and computer students as almost 70% of the students from IT and computer got placed and for electronics branch, 30% of students got placed. Companies offer around 3-4 lakhs PA package. Almost all companies are software companies, so none of the electronics companies visited.

College is average in faculty, placement and infrastructure.

Placements: Placement of batch till 2016 was superb but for 2017 batch it was disappointing because of some legality issues. But now, all issues have been solved so I think it will be better for next batch. Average 90% students placed. Average salary offered is 3 lakhs.

My college has great infrastructure, a well-equipped computer center with more than 80 computers and labs equipped with latest technology equipment. This year 305 students were placed and still companies are coming for recruitment. The salary range was between 2.50-8.65 lakhs p.a. 30+ companies have recruited students from this college. Also, our college has helped other graduates to secure jobs by arranging a job fair this year. The faculty members are highly qualified. Our principal himself ...

It is one of the best colleges which is situated in Mumbai. Supporting staff and also all activities happen here without fail. Yearly fest TANTA, OSCILLATION, and main FUSION are really awesome. Sports activities which are happening on campus are enjoyable. Every year lots of companies come for campus interview and select many students.

It’s an average college with decent placements. Some faculty members are not good. Crowd is decent in the college. Extracurricular activities are good. Fests held in the college are awesome. Location is a plus point. I will recommended only if you have no other option and you are ready to take risk with your future.

Something good, something bad. Infrastructure is not so good, but location is very good as prime in the city. New teachers are not that much supportive, give less marks in term-works. Some teachers are really good. One of the top colleges in Mumbai. The most important thing is that, recruiter’s keeps on coming throughout the year. Top recruiters like Indian army, TCS, L&T Infotech, Capgemini, etc. Overall good college. You can take the admission. Ratings: 7/10.

It’s very near to highway so any one can reach their very easily and the campus is also very good. Various fests and activities gives platform to the students to showcase their talents. Overall, great experience till now. More and more facilities are coming soon. Food here is average, improvement is needed.

It’s quite a good college while taking in consideration the staff and other teaching equipment’s. Campus is also nice but somehow lacks in overall campus placement. It should be increased by setting training and placement cell separately. Other facilities and technologies are nice.

It was a good college with respect to studies but campus placements are not up to the mark. Student needs some campus hiring training for how to crack the campus placements. Campus life was too good especially sports events and cultural activities. Teaching staff was good for EXTC department and very cooperative.

It was a good college, companies were also coming for placement like TCS, iGATE, Convonix etc. Playground is also good ,the bad thing is canteen, not able to get good food. Location is good, crowd is good but not the best, and lectures are quite average as compared to other colleges like Thadomal and VESIT. Laboratories and computer labs are just average. Library is good. On an average, it was a satisfactory college that an engineer should have.

This is the college where you will find strictness, sincerity and regulations in right manner. Not so good infra but has a sufficient one. College has its own playground. Placements are good. Many companies keep coming throughout the year. Staff is somewhat supportive and well educated. Canteen is really bad, they need to improve it.

There is a good mix of students from different parts of the country. Students have a very healthy atmosphere to learn and interact here. Seniors are supportive and there is no kind of ragging done here. The placement cell is very robust. The average package offered is around Rs 7 lakhs per annum. The Recruiters who visited the campus last year includes, TCS, L & T and many more.

This is a better college in Mumbai. If you are looking for an average college in which you will get a better understanding of engineering. It has Good campus throughout the year and moderate staff. It maintains good discipline for all the members of the college even for the staff also. Classrooms are not so good but the infrastructure is becoming better and better now a days. It is easy to reach as situated at prime location of Mumbai.

But it is a very strict college but nice staff. Companies like TCS, Indian Army, L&T Infotech, I-Gate, Briefkase, Isdumlab, etc. comes throughout the year.

PVPPCOE Chunnabhati, Mumbai.

Placements: In our college Vasantdada Patil College of Engineering, placement is not too good, but the highest package offered is 32 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Our top recruiting companies are Flipkart, Infosys, TCS, etc. But the problem is, if 500 students participate in the placement programme, only 200 students get placement and offer letters. The top roles offered in our college are data analytics, software developed, etc.
