Interested candidates have to register online with required information. Final Selection
Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal. P. GD A. V (Eve) College provides best education in the field of commerce .

Placements: We have a separate placement cell in our college that provides internships and placement opportunities to students who are willing and capable of taking an internship or job. The highest package that someone got from our college was 12 lakh, and the lowest package was 4 lakh. Top recruiting companies in our college are KPM, Deloitte, etc.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities available in our college, like a library, smart classrooms equipped with projectors and LCD smart blackboards and also a canteen in which a very good quality of food is provided by the staff. We also have a big grounds in which a cricket academy is also managed by our college.

Faculty: The teachers and the teaching staff in our college are highly qualified, friendly and helpful. Some professors in our college graduated from many renowned universities. Currently I am studying Bachelor of Commerce (prog) and my curriculum is diverse and varied and it touches on and explains different situations and the complex of how things work in industry .

Other: I chose Bachelor of Commerce because of its diversity and I am from a commerce background so it's easy for me to connect and I am also highly interested in commerce and accounting. The best thing about this course is that it makes you industry ready and you can go and work in industry after completing this degree.

PGDAV has the best facilities.

Placements: On average, about 30-40% of students from B.Com Hons secure placements through the college placement cell. The remaining students either pursue higher education or prepare for competitive exams. The highest package is 7-8 lakhs, the lowest package is 2.5-3 lakhs, and the average package is 3.5-4.5 lakhs.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are equipped with basic furniture and facilities for lectures. They are generally neat and well-maintained, with adequate seating capacity. There is Wi-Fi on the college campus accessible to students. The library has a decent collection of books, journals, and reference materials, and there is also a computer lab. The canteen serves food made hygienically at affordable rates.

Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable and have completed their PhDs. Their classes are very engaging and interactive, while some professors follow traditional teaching methods and others focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge. The semester exams are quite tough, but those who study throughout the year can excel in the papers.

Other: The batch size is 35-40 students in a class, with more male students than female students. Many students choose B.Com Hons because of their interest in the commerce field. The faculty are experienced in core subjects like accounting and finance. Events, extracurricular activities, and fests contribute positively to the overall atmosphere.

PGDAV evening is an average college, but it is improving day by day.

Placements: Only 20% of the students have gotten placements from the college. The highest package previously was 7.5 lacs per annum. And the average package is around 1-2 lacs. The top recruiting companies were Data, True blue, Planet shark, Just Daily, etc. The positions offered were business development counselor, finance and accounting representative, and recruiting coordinator.

Infrastructure: Our college has 65–70 students in a single classroom. We have a good library, as it also provides food during exam month for 1 month prior to exams. We don't have Wi-Fi in the college but have Wi-Fi in the library. We have one of the best grounds and canteens, which has affordable and tasty food and we also have a smart ID card that contains a scanner.

Faculty: The teachers are well knowledgeable and they are also very helpful and understanding. They are highly qualified, with degrees like CA, CMA, etc. The B.Com. programme course is not that ready for industry because it does not cover working practically more but is average. It can be made better with industrial tours, etc. It seems exams are conducted, according to DU.

Other: I chose this course because I want to learn about finance and management. The best thing about this course is that you can learn finance, tally and management-related things at once. They should include more industrial visits and provide us with more practical exams. We have 1 fest throughout the year, which is below average.

Overall, the campus of our college and the faculty of our college are really quite good.

Placements: To be honest, in my college there is no placement; you have to look on your own for a job. But I didn't mean by saying this that you don't have a future in this college. The type of exposure and experience you get from this college will definitely help you to achieve your dream job.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really quite good. This is one of the best qualities of my college that I really like. There are 2 buildings in our college where the classes are held and also a huge ground area, which I like in college. Not only one ground, there are 2 grounds as well as a basketball court.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are really very helpful, and they take classes on a regular basis, and if I talk about the curriculum of my course, it really focuses on the practice knowledge that helps us to be ready for industry. By reading shivdas 10-year book, anyone can pass the exam very easily.

P. GD A. V College (Eve. )| Is it worth the shot?

Placements: The placement sector at PGDAV College (Eve.) is rather lackluster. I have not witnessed anyone securing a placement from our college, yet the institution boasts about students securing a maximum package of 8 Lacs per annum. However, internship opportunities are excellent, and students do manage to secure internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is quite commendable, featuring three computer labs, a library equipped with proper Wi-Fi connectivity for students, well-organized classes, a budget-friendly canteen (although the food is average), a nurse, sports equipment, and a ground named "Coke Ground." Yes, the infrastructure is worth mentioning.

Faculty: The best part about this college is obviously the teaching staff: everyone holds a Diploma and a Ph.D., and they possess comprehensive knowledge in their respective fields. Their guidance and support are exceptional. The semester exams are not overly challenging, allowing students to achieve high scores by comprehending the topics provided.

Other: The reason for joining Delhi University is for exposure and festivals, and trust me, this college is perfect for experiencing those. (P. S.: No hassle for attendance. Hehe).
