Parala Maharaja Engineering College, Biju Patnaik University of Technology Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Brahmapur

Placements: It is a new college and started in the year 2008. Still, it has a good record in giving jobs to their students through on-campus or off-campus. The placement training centre is not well-furnished. However, it is on its way to achieve the target and make students not to feel guilty of choosing this college.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Most of our seniors get good placements. In our branch, about 60% of students got placement. Wipro company visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. We get many off-campus companies like TCS, etc. Our college is in the developing stage. Other branches also have good placements.

Placements: Earlier placements were poor because the college did not have NAAC validation. But from the previous year, companies are turning their head towards this college because of the quality minds they are getting and to elaborate on the resource of knowledge that is presented to them. I hope this year will be more good percentage than last year.

Placements: Still no campus placement for civil engineering. Lectures are quite good. But lecturing only syllabus wise. Our seniors are placed in government. They work really hard and preparing for GATE in Hyderabad and Delhi.

Placements: The placements are quite good as compared to the last year. The number of students who got placed depends on their academic and non academic performance. The companies that visited our college campus are WIPRO, NET2SOURCE, TATA BSS, MIRACLE SW etc.The placement cell of our college is very efficient and is trying hard for more placements.

Placements: The placements has increased a lot as compared to the last year. The number of students getting placed varies depending upon their academic and non-academic performances. WIPRO, TATA-BSS, NET-2-SOURCE, and some IT- based companies visited our campus and took ample number of students. There is a placement cell and I am a part of that too.

Placements: Few companies come for placement here. Nearly 3 year companies come for placement here. The highest salary was 4.2 lacs & lowest salary was 2.12 lacs. Wipro, infosys, Jindal, TCS are visiting to the campus. No internship provided by the college. Government provide stipend here like prenana, and e medhabruti.

Placements: For computer science, the placements are always awesome in PMEC. All the computer science students in my batch and my senior batch got placed in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and other top metro cities in top IT companies. The top companies are now visiting PMEC. Software developer, testing, ASE, etc., roles are offered in top IT companies.
