A good wasted by the poor management though with the same and name.

Placements: There are a proper support and guidance from the management. There is no proper placement the management arranges us. Yes, we do have some companies coming but all for 10000 or 12000 pack nothing great trend up. Some big corp with tie UPS came and even they too only 2 or 3 for name shake.

The false imaged and money minded college.

Placements: In my final year, only 3 engineering companies came for the placement and the others where from BPO sector. The placement team arranged for BPO jobs in engineering college. The placement is very bad now. Only 80+ out of 600+ students from my batch got the job in the engineering firm. No stipend from the college, when I tried my best to get an internship from HAL Bangalore, the management was not ready to permit to attend the 3weeks internship. Infosys, KPIT, HCL are some companies came to our co...

Not worthy for non- circuit branches.

Placements: In our batch, Infosys, Hexaware, KPIT, and other BPOs visited the campus. No core placements occurred for aeronautical engineering. Our batch was better than the batches of our seniors and our juniors also. Overall, 15 students got better placements out of the 110 students in our department. Many students think of GATE as the only option out of this college's worst placement record.

A completely honest review from an alumni.

Placements: The placements were not satisfying to our batch, and it was same for the senior batch too. The college has listed a few core companies for the recruitment, but only a few companies visited the college for recruitment, and only a few students were hired. The IT based companies hired many students from all branches, and the dream of getting placed in a core company went in vain. The core company offered very low package, and it was nearly 2 lakhs per annum. No reputed core company came for a visit...

If you really wish to have a successful career, don't think much, just join Park.

Placements: We had a good placement team and a placement team representative from each class. From the second semester of the 3rd year, almost every week we had placements from different companies like Infosys, CTS, TCS, Hexaware, Nest, Capgemini, Wipro, Oracle, Mpasis, MindTree, IBS, Tech Mahindra, L&T and many more. They were offered good packages where the minimum salary was 20,000. We had almost 3 or 4 rounds in the selection process and a training of 3 months after that; it depended on the companies. A...

Genuine review from an alumni.

Placements: Placement scenario in my college was not up to the expected level. Very few companies visited the campus and they recruited only a few people. The same scenario existed for my senior batch and they were also in a tough situation in grabbing good placements. We expected at least 5 to 6 core companies to visit the campus for recruitment but the expectations went in vain. Only IT companies visited our campus and their number of offers were also less. The overall pay offered was also very less. S...

Average placements. Teaching and lab facilities are excellent. Hostel facilities are not good

Placements: In my batch, placements are good. Around 300 students got placed in MNCs out of 450. In my senior batch, placement is less compared to our batch. Students having a good programming knowledge get placed in good companies like Hewlett Packard, Odessa technologies, Zoho and Amazon (off-campus) and Infoview Technologies (on-campus) with a good package. The highest salary package is 5,50,000 per annum, the average salary package is 3,50,000 per annum and the lowest salary package is 2,80,000 per annu...

Dissatisfied with faculty, poor placements in 2017, very poor infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement is very poor in my stream for the past 3 years. No student in my stream was placed but about 30 percent were placed overall. The salary offered on those recruitments is only up t o 2.5 LPA. Companies like KPIT, Sutherland, etc visited the college and roles were offered. About 10 to 15 percent of students were offered internships from the college and the stipend was very low at only Rs.10000.

About the college. Review 2014.

Placements: The placement was good and mostly IT companies came for recruitments. The average salary for the person is around three lakhs per annum. The main role they offered to the students is that of a software developer. In total, around 50 to 60 percent of the people got placed.

Placements are very less for aeronautical graduates. Lab facilities are good.

Placements: Regarding placements, only Infosys hires aeronautical candidates. Very few placements are there for aeronautical and mechanical graduates. Currently, KPIT is recruiting all branches. There are good placements for CSC and IT. Nowadays, the management is taking the necessary steps to improve placements in all departments. Park is providing good placements for textile engineering students.

Not a best place to explore things. Everything has to be carried out at our own risk.

Placements: Mostly, we had only off-campus placements. Only a very few good companies like Odessa technologies, KPIT, ELGI and Infosys had visited the college. Apart from that, we are encouraged to attend off-campus placements. If you got placed in any of the off campus or on campus with the help of the college, then students need to pay a particular amount for each placed company.

Keep the college as an option. There are some better options than this.

Placements: I graduated in 2014. Till 2010, the placement was good. Accenture, Athena Health and some other corporate used to visit the college for campus interviews. Later, the placement gets dropped as the college management fails to bring the companies. Most of them were BPOs and software companies. Many of these have low packages. No bond and offer letter are received and they do not give a joining letter either. During 2014, they brought Infosys and Athena Health and nearly 50-60 students got place...

Disappointed due to the infrastructure. Companies that visit our college are very few in number.

Placements: Very few companies are hiring students from our college. From our senior batch, just 30% of the students were placed. The highest salary was 25k per month. KPIT is a well-known company which visits our campus.

During my study period, apart from 2 or 3 staff members, others are new and they don't have any knowledge of their subject. They just simply pass the time in class. I came to know that now it is even worse. And the management will ask you thousands and thousands of money in name of due to get hall ticket. And they didn't give scholarship for 1 year.

My college has taught me how to learn the concepts by myself, how to search for a job and things like that. Now coming to faculty members, they are poor. Lab are good so if you want to learn practical stuffs, then learn by yourself and do them by yourself. Finally, stay home for the next four years, it’s good to be there than here.

It is one of the notable college in Coimbatore. It has got good road connectivity to any place. Infrastructure of the college can't be said good, but it's well enough to study. Fees is the best feature compared to all other colleges. Placements were around 70-80% when I graduated.
