Review of Periyar University College of Arts and Science,Pappirettipatty.

Placements: The Periyar University College, Pappiredipatti, was good. B.A. English courses required a score of at least 75. The salary offered ranges from Rs.15000 per month to Rs.1,00,000 per month. The average salary package offered was 0.54 LPA. Top recruiters were various universities and colleges. It was good, but the college did not tie up with top companies. Almost 95% of students have jobs at companies and more work. Top positions were offered such as teachers, lecturers, journalists, and others.

Infrastructure: We had Wi-Fi and sports facilities including cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, etc. Everything was available. There were 70 seats available in the classroom. The library was huge. Hostel facilities were good, but the food served was average. The mess was available. There was a good canteen on campus.

Faculty: Our teachers were helpful and the methods of teaching were very good. Teachers were very knowledgeable. The teaching quality was excellent. The course curriculum was very good compared to all other colleges. It made students industry-ready. Semester exams were not difficult. The pass percentage was 35%.

Other: It was a good course for the upcoming generation and everything. It was easier to speak and read in English.
