It is the best place to showcase your talent in extracurricular activities.

Placements: Approximately about 60% of the students got placed from our college. I don't know the highest, lowest and average salary packages offered in our course. L&T, Voltas, Bluestar, Tata Consultancy Services and many more are the top recruiters for our course. Almost the rest of the students who didn't get placed were provided with important internships.

The students are given internship opportunity to learn practically & make use of it to the fullest.

Placements: Placements of Pillai college are really good for the Mechanical and IT stream. Automobile Engineering has fewer campus placements compared to other streams. But all the students are given internship opportunity to learn practically and make use of it to the fullest.

Overall, it is a good college for engineering.

Placements: There are good placements for CS and IT, and the majority of the companies which visit here are IT-based. Don't expect core companies as they visit very rarely. I suggest you to try to get placed in 7th semester as less number of companies visit in the 8th semester. If you choose the EXTC branch also, try to opt for the IT industry for placement purpose.
