It is a decent choice for mechanical engineering, but would not say will be the best.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical department are not many. But since IT companies also prefer mechanical engineers, decent amount of students are placed in companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The salary package offered ranges from 2.5 LPA to 7 LPA. Godrej, Dassault System, Kone Cranes, etc., such core companies offer placement and internship opportunities with decent salary packages. Around 30% of the students for mechanical department have been placed in the 1st semester yet another ...

The college provides really good infrastructure, but facilities are not up to the mark.

Placements: In PCCOE, almost all students get placed. The highest salary package offered here is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered here is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered here is 5 LPA. The college does not provide internships. You have to find them on your own. The top recruiting companies here are Capegemini and Accenture.

Good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements for IT and CS is almost 100% but there is no placement for civil branch. Civil engineering students are encouraged for internships and college has tie ups with some good construction companies. All the practicals related to the subject are carried out really well.
