Pragati Engineering College is good for engineering.
Placements: Around 90% or more students are hired by the majority of businesses. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. Most businesses, including Wipro, etc., visit our college. The top role offered by most of the companies in our college is a software engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college has classrooms, a library, and Wi-Fi facilities. Wi-Fi is always available at our college. Our college canteen's food is excellent in terms of both quantity and quality. We have medical facilities at our college for students. Our college provides games and sports.
Faculty: Our college instructors are always willing to help students learn new things. The curriculum is pertinent to our courses. Although the semester exams are challenging, most students manage to pass them with the assistance of their teachers. Students are passing their regular exams in 87% of cases.
Other: The majority of the time, our college hosts technical events and workshops. Due to new regulations, our college fees are higher than average, which is a drawback.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2024.
Placements: A total of 80% of the students were placed in our course on electronics and communication engineering. Our course students got placed in Autodesk with 40 LPA, and the lowest and average was 3.6 LPA in the ECE course. Our top recruiting companies are Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Mahindra. 90% of the student's were placed in internships with stipends.
Infrastructure: Pragati Engineering College offers a good mix of facilities. The campus has reliable WiFi, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Hostels are comfortable with basic amenities, and the mess food is decent, though not gourmet. The college also provides basic medical care. For recreation, there are facilities for various sports and possibly a gym to stay active. Overall, Pragati Engineering College provides a supportive environment for both learning and personal growth, making it a solid choice for students.
Faculty: The teachers at Pragati Engineering College are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Decent Placements, but Faculty Could Improve
Placements: I was part of the ECE batch of 2026. More than 60% of the students are placed in MNCs like TCS, Amazon, etc. The training and testing-focused jobs have been prioritized in the interviews. Top roles include software developer, app developer, etc.
Infrastructure: When it comes to lab facilities, they are lacking in equipment, but teaching is good. Classrooms are good as well. The library provides a peaceful environment for reading. As for hostel facilities, they are a bit cramped, with four members sharing a room, which makes it challenging to stay. The quality of hostel food is poor.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful in teaching certain subjects, while others have limited knowledge, making it challenging for students. Self-study is often more effective for some subjects. There are 2 or 3 semesters that are particularly difficult. The pass percentage for each semester is above 65%.
Other: I chose the ECE branch because it offers flexibility to pursue roles in either software or hardware.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2024.
Placements: I'm an electronics and communication engineering student from Pragati Engineering College. It is the most evergreen sector in our college. Yearly, 90 % of students are placed in top MNC companies at our college. And 40 lacs per annum is the highest package placed in the Autodesk company. Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, and Infosys MNCs are our top recruiting companies. 90% of students got placed in AICTE internships. Most top roles are offered by ECE software architects and project managers.
Infrastructure: The college labs are quite decent. The library is also good, but classrooms do not achieve our high mark. And the infrastructure of our college is good; every class has a projector to learn skills through projectors. The facilities in the hostels are good; there is quality food available in our hostel and the rooms are very clean and good. Medical facilities are also available. Every year, our college conducts a cricket tournament.
Faculty: Faculty teachers are helpful and well-qualified lecturers will be teaching us. The quality of teaching is above average. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready. Semester exams are quite difficult but we can get good grades if we follow our teachers.
Other: One of the top advantages of electronics and communication engineering is that it offers you complete freedom to switch between the software industry and the hardware industry. This is one of the main reasons why a lot of companies prefer ECE engineers when compared to other engineers. To improve your skills and knowledge in ECE, first of all, you need to be thorough with all the basic concepts of core electronics and then apply those skills. Every year, our college conducts a Prism Event.

Yes, there are good facilities and good infrastructure .
Placements: Pragati Engineering College boasts an impressive track record on campus placement with a high percentage of students securing lucrative job offers. The highest package is 32 LPA. The highest company that was hired is Amazon company. The lowest package is minimum 3 to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Labs are so professional. The library is good to see the weather. In my college, in every place, there is Wi-Fi available. And in every place, CC cameras are also available, except the bathroom. In the hostel, the food was very good. Hostel facilities are at a very reasonable cost at Pragati College.
Faculty: Yes, teaching was very good. In Pragati Engineering College, our faculty members are not just educators but mentors dedicated to nurturing the growth of our students. Semester exams are made to be simplified but not in supplementary exams, and students can expect progress in their chosen career here.
Other: Every year prism, rangoli kite fest, freshers party will be conducted .
