- Read moreCandidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis.

As there are good training and placements, I say that CSE is the department to join in our college.
Placements: Mostly all the students are placed. The highest package is 16 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. A good placement training will be conducted. The infrastructure is average, but the level of teaching is very good. Our college encourages participation in hackathons and competitions.
Infrastructure: The food is nice and the maintenance of the hostel is good. But the hostel is available only for girls. There is no boys' hostel in our college. The food is okay. The canteen also provides good food. Various competitions will be held for first-year students.
Faculty: The pass percentage is above 90 and good libraries are available. Various competitions will be held for first-year students. DSA will be taught for students who are interested, and various courses will be taken through webinars.

Nice college with all kinds of accommodation.
Placements: 90% of the students are placed in companies. Around 8 to 16 LPA is the average salary of our college. Accenture, Infosys, Google, Microsoft, Capgemini, etc. 50% are doing internships and are part of some government projects. Software developed and engineers.
Infrastructure: Labs are different for different. Wi-Fi availability is also present. Classrooms are clean and fit for 100 students. Library which contains all types of books. Hostel facility is also available. Sports committed for sports. Culturals also conducted by college.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly with students. Students can clear doubts with teachers, and the curriculum followed by our college is from the government, covering all updated technology basics in classes. Semester exams are also medium, which can be passed by any student.

The life in the college.
Placements: As in the period of recession, there are no lot of companies at this time. But as I have seen in the past, there are companies like Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. There is also the highest package of 44 LPA offered by Amazon and an average package of 8.48 LPA by dream companies.
Infrastructure: As I'm living in Vijayawada, I'm a day scholar and not in the hostel. But there is only a hostel for girls provided by the college, but not for boys. Boys have some PGs on the sides of the college. There are different types of labs like Chemistry, Physical, different types of computer labs, and workshops.
Faculty: For the department of freshman engineering, i.e., 1st year, the faculty is good and friendly and make us habit for the college. There will be a counselor for every section and need to be reported every week. The exam pattern is there will be 2 mid exams and a sem.
Other: I have selected CSE with my interest and the demand in the world. There are also options like sliding after the admission. I think it will be better if the canteen is improved. There are different types of clubs and fests happening in the college, and scholarships will also be provided.

Satisfied with our faculty but expecting more quality .
Placements: About 90 percent of students were placed in our course.
The highest package in on-campus placements was INR 7.5 LPA, the lowest package was INR 3.5 LPA, and the average package was INR 5 LPA. Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro, and TCS are top recruiting companies. About 90 percent of students got internships from many companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The classrooms are well furnished with good ventilation. Labs are good. Hostels are available for both boys and girls separately. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. It also encourages sports. Classrooms are neat, clean, and well ventilated.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but it's up to the student's ability to acquire the things. The course curriculum is very relevant to our course; it makes students ready for industry. The semester exams are conducted in a very strict manner. The pass percentage is 75 percent.

Dissatisfied because of poor teaching faculty and no campus life.
Placements: Around 98% of students get placed with the highest and lowest package of 44 lpa and 1.8 lpa, and the average package was 4.5 lpa. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Infosys, TCS, IBM, Hexaware Technologies, Tech Mahindra, etc. 4-5 seniors of our college got internships and one senior got 110k in Microsoft. Top courses offered in our college are CSE, CSD, CSM, ECE, EEE, CIVIL and MECHANICAL.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, labs, and libraries are good, but boys don't have hostels in the college. The boys hostel is about 5 km from the college, so they need to join in PG hostels outside the college. We don't get Wi-Fi signal inside the classroom. Teaching faculty is average. Canteen and medical facilities are also average, and we have no break in between classes.
Faculty: Some teachers are friendly and are good at teaching, and we don't understand what lab teachers teach, and we have to submit records on time, and the pass percentage is up to 90%. For CSE, we have C programming language, Chemistry, Math, English, BCM (basic civil and mechanical) for the first semester.
Other: The college is overall good compared to other colleges in Vijayawada, and we have a weekly one-game period. We have 3 hours of continuous classes without a break, and at the start we have some events and some motivational speeches, but no fests.

Hello Sai, based on your rank, you may be able to secure admission in PVPSIT for the EE, ECE, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering branches. However, it may be challenging to get admission to the CSE branch with your rank.
