Your college, your way!
Placements: Despite the cliche that a college is as good as it's placements, we should say that the Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Technology falls short in this case. There are of course 5-6 companies (non MNCs) came seeking employees but the exact assured placements obtained this year (2017) were very few like 10-15 members out of 100. This number is evidently less than the previous year. The exact salaries offered by the companies range from 8-15K per month. Majority of the placed students decided to not to take the job as the profile of the job (like data entry) or the roles didn't seem much challenging. Coming to the internship programmes, we didn't hear a thing as such. No internship programmes were carried out and clearly the stipend is out of the case. There sure is a placement cell and that is inaccessible. It isn't much affective and of very limited use. If you clearly wish for high- profiled and assured campus placements right after graduation, sorry fellas! This ain't your cup of coffee.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, this is a place where one can find some neat environment anyway (academic). The labs are quite sound with all the equipment and stuff. Classrooms are well-furnished and ventilated. Nice library with sound volumes. Disappointingly, there are no public Wi-Fi areas but the internet will be available round the clock and can be used under necessary grounds. This college premises is so enormous that it stands as the biggest (area wise) engineering college in town. Big playground and nice sports indulgence. Coming to the canteen, it's definitely a let down with untidy management and the quality and taste of the food is a disaster. This college has hostel facility but it's not quite upto expectations.
Faculty: Faculty is one of the main successful aspect in Priyadarshini college of engineering and technology. It has a well-qualified teaching staff with sound career experience. In Mechanical department, the student-faculty interaction is pretty awesome and constantly helps the student to overcome the fears regarding the academics. The course curriculum is well-planned and definitely a quotient that hits the bull's eye!
Other: Events and fests are not much enthusiastic as the sound. But, there are indeed some of the social programs like blood donation campaigns and as well as freshers day and farewell celebrations.

The college was good at my time, but I don't know about its present condition.
Placements: There are no placements for core students, but the mechanical students get placed in different companies in college. Only a few companies are willing to offer placements to our college students. But, most of them are related to computer science and electronics de[partments, but not related to mechanical and civil engineering.
Infrastructure: All labs have good infrastructure, but the staff are limited to explain teach us in labs, and specimens are less to perform the experiment. At our time, the most interesting labs for me were Cad Cam, metrology and measurements, FM&HM, heat transfer,
material science and others.
Faculty: The infrastructure is average. Less number of faculty members are available. There were no fests and no image ratio functions during our time. The faculty are most friendly and help us to grow individually and give suggestions to build up our career. Some are very good at some subjects and most experienced, but less in number.

Best college for Friendships.
Placements: Many companies offer placements at our college, which is a great honor for us. Approximately seventy percent of individuals from our course have secured internships. The highest annual package is 15 Lacs, while the lowest is around 8 Lacs.
Infrastructure: The college boasts excellent infrastructure that is promptly repaired even for minor damages. Numerous students at our institution have achieved great success in various sports, thanks to the encouragement provided by the college. While the food served at our mess may not be exceptional, it is certainly plentiful.
Faculty: The educators possess extensive knowledge and impressive qualifications. They impart their boundless ideas to us through their teaching methods. The curriculum is highly pertinent, equipping students to be industry-ready. Passing exams in our college is a straightforward task.

Absolutely dissatisfied due to its faculty and placements, but it has a really good infrastructure.
Placements: There are no placements conducted for us. There will no students placed as there is a 0% placements record on our campus. There is also no internship conducted on our campus. There were no companies which visited our campus when I was studying. Also, there was no kind of placements for our seniors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good when compared to its facilities, with big classrooms followed by a big library. The food available in the canteen is okay. The hostel will be in the middle of the campus, but I don't know much about them. When compared to the classrooms, the canteen is much better than the classrooms.
Faculty: When I was studying there, there was 50-50 teaching faculty as there is no such fully qualified teaching with no such qualified faculty, to my knowledge. At my time, there were also no industrial tours, and the teaching methods were normal. All the above, the faculty were friendly.

Review of Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in this course was more than 75%. The highest salary package is 12 LPA and the average salary package is 5 LPAfor my course. Students were placed in top recruiting companies like Infotech and Amazon. The percentage of students securing internships in my course was more than 50%.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available for course students. The infrastructure of the college is superb. Wi-Fi, library, and everything else are available for students. The quality of food in my college is very good, and the food is tasty. Medical and sports facilities are also available in my college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. All teachers have good teaching qualities. This course is not curriculum-relevant. Students are industry-ready. The semester exams in my college are very difficult, making it hard to get good marks. Therefore, the pass percentage is low, around 50%.
Other: Things that need to improve in my course are subject knowledge. Events are always happening on our college campus, and the crowd is usually high. Extracurricular activities are regularly arranged in my college.
