Post Graduate Diploma in Tool and Die Design - Batch of 2021

4Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
It is an excellent college for learning advanced technologies.
Placements: Till now, we are not placed due to this pandemic situation. Still, management is trying to get good placements even in this situation, which is a good quality effort taken by the management. Even German standard companies and MNC companies selected us, but we are waiting for a call. Salary packages offered may vary depending upon locations we are placed and depending on the skills of students. We get placed as a tool designer. Even sometimes, placements can be offered from product designing companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good in our institution. There are individual systems in labs, and classrooms have smart setups for a seminar. Shop floors are provided for doing project works. Medical facilities are provided. There are parking facilities, and the atmosphere is also good. Hostel, canteen and mess facilities are provided with good quality.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and free to explain. The course curriculum is good to know about the advanced techniques for designing and manufacturing. They are focusing individuals' capacities by testing and make them strong in their weaker portions, even from basics. The course gives you complete knowledge of moulding, press tools and die casting. We also learn about manufacturing and designing techniques.
Other: I have chosen this course because it gives excellent knowledge. I wish to add some extra software, like solid work and CATIA if possible.

Can join if you have lots of money to spend and want to chill out the part of education in India.
Placements: I am still studying, but from my seniors, I can say that getting a job is purely based on one's personal skills. One can opt for internships and gain experience, then get into a company. Initially, one can expect around 1000 euros as salary after all tax, and in 3 years, the salary can shoot up to even 3000 euros.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi facility is provided. The classrooms are good. The library is excellent. There is a hospital nearby by the same group. Since it is inside the city, there are lots of food places nearby. The hostel rooms are decent, nothing special. Labs are excellent, and one can find many advanced types of CNC machines and what not on the campus.
Faculty: The faculty members are one set of the worst ever. You cannot rely on the professors as even their knowledge level is very poor. But, in the college, we must not depend on spoon feed. But, the professors are not even much skilled to clear our doubts mostly. There are exceptions of course, but the majority are not dependable.
Other: The parent university will be having lots of events often, so if we follow up on them, we can take place in that. But, this section of the university doesn't have any fest except yearly once.
