2.8
3Placements2Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Life of 4 years in PSN engineering college .
Placements: 100% of students are placed in different companies for mechanical work like manufacturing.
The highest package amount is INR 15000 per month, the lowest is INR 12000, and the average is INR 13800.
Only 30 to 60% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is available. The facilities for the student to learn the course compared to other colleges are very poor. No internet connection or Wi-Fi are there.
The quality of the lab is low.
The lab assistant's strength is low.
The hostel food is all so bad.
.
Faculty: The teachers are loveable and some teachers have very good-quality teaching leave, while stone teachers have low-quality leave.
The course curriculum is not relevant, as are the curriculum activities.
The semester exam is critical to a high mark.
The passing mark is 50.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I love it.
The distance between the main gate and the mechanical department building is 1.2 kilometers.
In the event, there was no enjoyment and the festival time is good.
All scholarships are available.

Our college had good placements in 2022. It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our college provides placements. Almost 100% of students got placed from our college in many companies. The salary packages are high. I am working in Chennai. Wapco Commercial Vehicles Private Limited offers a decent salary package for freshers. Our college conducts training and provides internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are peaceful and good. The hostel provides decent food. Our college provides separate rooms for boys and girls. It has first aid facilities. The food served in the canteen is good and affordable.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are good at teaching. They are friendly. Their teaching methods are easily understandable. They teach us hidden tricks. They improve our knowledge. They make us learn and develop us in extracurricular activities. Our college conducts exams every month. We have internal exams after completing the two units. The final exam is strictly conducted in our college.
Other: Our college surroundings are not available. Our college offers courses like B.E., marine, etc. All government scholarships are available in our college. Sports, fests, and other college culture programs are conducted in our college.

Check out the life at PSN Engineering College !
Placements: More than 95% of students have been placed at our college through on-campus placements with great packages. The highest package offered is 18 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. 90% of students also get internships in recognized companies as well as in many startup software companies to gain core experience.
Infrastructure: The college has a very clean and healthy environment with digital libraries, digital classrooms, placement and incubation cells, Apple laboratories, etc. , along with high-power internet and certified courses like AWS, Redhat, etc. The facilities in the college, hostel, and canteen are also awesome.
Faculty: The teachers have very core industry experience and are well-trained with high technical knowledge in real-world scenarios. The quality of teaching is quite awesome. The course curriculum is relevant to our degree and fulfills industry needs, making us well-equipped for the industry.

Our college is not good, and teachers are also not experienced.
Placements: In this college, no one got good placements. Some students got jobs in a battery-making company in Chennai. Our college did not provide any kind of internships, and students need to find jobs at their own risk. They make fake placements interview, and no students got placed.
Infrastructure: Buildings were not well maintained, and classrooms were also not good. Wi-Fi was not enabled on campus, and library was average in this college. The food served in the mess was average, and the hostel management was not good. Canteen and medical facilities were average in this college.
Faculty: Almost all teachers were freshers who do not even know the basics, and every semester management appointed new teachers. Our college teaches theory, and it was not enough for getting knowledge and jobs. Some of the semester exams were very difficult, and the pass percentage was 50%.
Other: Many things need to improve, and management considers students as money-producing machines, and they put a lot of fines on them. There were no proper transportation facilities in this college.

Dissatisfied because of the faculty. Better placements, good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students were placed. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Top companies offering placements was rare in our college. Roles were offered according to the students' percentage and their performance. The lowest salary offered in our course is Rs. 15,000 per month. The highest salary offered in our course is Rs. 25,000 per month. Internships are rare in our college. We go to other colleges with our friends.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is good. Hostel facilities and infrastructure are better. Classrooms are good. Library facilities and labs are good. There is a lot of importance given to sports than studies. There are good facilities for sports. The food served in the mess is better. The canteen is good. Medical facilities are available here.
Faculty: There were only very few knowledgeable teachers are available, but others are good. Teachers were very helpful for us during the project, practical, doubts, etc. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course to become a software engineer. If we are skilled in this course, any roles can be offered to us. Students should go through some extra notes, explanation, etc., to improve their knowledge.

There are no placements in the college from the last 2 years.
Placements: About 60% of the students were placed. The lowest salary of Rs.15,000 per month and the highest salary of 1lac per month are offered in our college. There are top recruiting companies for our course, but not for other courses. Roles offered in our course based on students percentage in their academics. About 65% of the students got internships in some companies.
Infrastructure: In our department, there is a very nice infrastructure and great facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, department library, etc. There is a good quality of food and good facilities in hostel rooms, etc. The canteen and medical facilities are also good here. The college gives more importance to sports and games rather more than studies.
Faculty: Teachers are ready to guide us and also to help the students for the next level. They are qualified in their profession and also have great teaching quality. They have great knowledge. The course curriculum is related to the industry, and it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course as it has a lot of scopes now and also we can gain great knowledge from this updated version of the course. The best thing in this course is it is updated in this modern society. I wish that they improve communication skills and connectivity between us in our course.
