I'm satisfied with the teaching of the teachers, but placements are decreased compared to last year.

Placements: About 20% of the students from the mechanical engineering course got placed in the year 2019. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Motherson was the only company which is related to the mechanical course. Top roles offered in our course are design engineer and production. Mainly the mechanical engineers got placed in the IT companies. Our college management doesn't provide more opportunities for mechanical engineering students compared to other departments.

Our college doesn't have proper faculty members.

Placements: The college advertises about high placements, but only a few companies visit the campus for placement. They hardly hire any student. Faculty members were not so good to train and to educate students about the placement.

The college mostly focuses on the IT field, but it is not the best place for research.

Placements: Many placements are offered by the IT companies, banks and firms. Cognizant also offers placements to the students in our college. Mechanical students were provided with contract-based jobs in small or medium scale industries like Bhavani Industries, with the lowest salary of Rs. 12,000 per month, and the working hours are 12. Overview of PSNACET, Dindigul.

Placements: Placements in the college were good during my tenure. Most of the popular companies visit the campus to recruit students. Many small companies in and around Tamilnadu also visit the campus to hire students. Companies provide internships with some conditions during the final semester.

The college is not that bad in South Tamilnadu. It is good but put it as your 2nd or 3rd choice.

Placements: The percentage of recruitments is going down every year compared to the previous years. Mostly IT companies like CTS, Wipro, and Inautix were the major recruiters, and they were the only hope. On-campus core placement drives for mechanical, electrical and electronics students are still null.

The highest salary offered was around 6 LPA and the lowest salary offered was around 1 LPA. Companies like Inautix, CTS, Wipro, Byju's, Hexaware, etc., visited the campus for placements. My experience in the college was good.

Placements: Core companies should be given more importance than IT companies. Field-based training must be given to students right from the 2nd year. Moreover, technical knowledge should be imparted to increase the efficiency of students. Off-campus is also promoted for students. Training based on higher studies should be given to students in the college itself.
